Seaside villa quiet spot great Sunsets. EV Charger

Recently built by ourselves New England style detached villa with 2 bedrooms, direct sea views and a private enclosed garden. The Master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. The second bedroom has twin beds and a garden view with the countryside beyond. There is an open plan living space. Views of the sea from the front sitting area and master bedroom French doors from the dining area open onto a large raised deck with steps down into the garden.

Beautiful old farmhouse with lots of indoor and outdoor space in quiet countryside setting in centre of the island. Original beams create a cosy yet contemporary cottage feel with all mod cons including walk in shower and King Size bed. Good for cycling, walking, beaches, 15 mins walk to country pub. 10 mins drive to restaurants and bars in Cowes or Yarmouth. Kids love feeding the chickens. Unique situation this detached cottage, with an EV charger, is within the Greatfield estate and has beautiful private gardens within a parkland setting. There is a private security gate for access. We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).

A charming little wooden house by the sea

This quirky attractive vintage little cottage is perfect for getting away from it all and relaxing in idyllic surroundings. Just a few metres from the lovely pebbly Gurnard beach, this fully refurbished historical little wooden building is set back from the road and tucked away behind our wild garden. It is accessed from its own car parking space via a little path. At the rear, a small stream goes to the sea and a large oak tree provides shelter to birds and a relaxing swing seat.
