In a quiet hamlet, an old fisherman's house, which belonged to my husband's grandparents. For 4 people (or 6), south-facing, fully finished to be renovated in July 2024. Located 900 m from the sea (photos put in PJ) between Barfleur 8.5 km ( ranked among the most beautiful villages in France) and St Vaast La Hougue 5.1 km (elected in 2019, favorite village of the French). This cottage is 2kms from the village shops, you will find, a bakery, a butcher, grocery store, cinema...

Fisherman's house 50 m from the beach by path!

The cottage is a fisherman's house for 4/6 people (2 bedrooms). Very quiet, the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. The cottage is equipped with the necessary equipment for your vacation (dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue...) For your peace of mind, linens and towels are provided. The house consists of a living room (convertible sofa), bathroom, separate kitchen overlooking a south-facing enclosed garden with wooden terrace and fruit trees. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs.

** Farm Loft ** Completely renovated

At the heart of the family farm, a breeding of sport horses, the Loft de la Sauvagerie can accommodate 4 people in an exceptional setting not far from the beautiful beaches of Cotentin, between the marinas of Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue and Barfleur. The 90 m2 loft was fully restored in early 2019. It consists of a large living room with a wood-burning stove and a well-equipped kitchen open to the living room. You will find a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Saint-Vaast-La-Hougue – Character house

You will stay in a typical house in Saint-Vaast-La-Hougue (Favorite village of the French in 2019). Located within walking distance to the port and shops and 5 minutes to the beach. Ideal for 5 people, can accommodate an extra baby. Fully furnished accommodation, one bedroom-bathroom-toilet on the ground floor, the living room on the 1st floor and one bedroom-bathroom-toilet on the 2nd. Sheets provided on arrival with one towel and one glove per occupant.

Renovated house MOST bright large glass windows with sunny sea view. 7 steps for living room, kitchen, window door outside access. Then 3 steps veranda part. It has 3 terraces well exposed according to the wind. Beautiful view of the sea or the cultivation fields. 3 cars max. The windows mark TRYBA double glazed. Pellet stove or electric heaters.

La Petite Rêverie 900 m to the beach

In a quiet and relaxing place, this cozy cottage located in Montfarville near Barfleur is 900 m from the beach. It has an entrance, a living room with equipped kitchen, a small sofa bed for a child and a large bedroom with 160 bed, overlooking a small enclosed garden, a shower room and toilet. A baby cot is provided to accommodate a baby. Bed and bath linens, and dish towels are provided. Parking is available for our guests.

Small charming house 1 bedroom 5 min to the beach

This small, independent, charming house, completely renovated, is located a 5-minute walk from the beach and a 5-minute drive from Pointe de Jonville. Ideal location for long walks or bike rides. It is composed of a bright equipped kitchen, a cozy living room and a bathroom. The bedroom is located upstairs, accessible only by an external staircase. For added convenience, bed linen and bath towels are provided.
