Gite rénové, lumineux, avec balcon/terrasse très agréable. Grande pièce de vie avec cuisine bien équipée, salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, petite chambre en bas, à l'étage chambre spacieuse et coin TV( mezzanine non fermée et non sécurisée pour les enfants!) Poêle à bois, pas de WIFI, réseau 4G. Salon avec billard! Au départ de nombreux sentiers, à 5mn du complexe nautique du Lac de Lavalette, 10mn de la Passerelle Himalayenne et 2mn de la voie verte Via Fluvia!
