On the ground floor of a townhouse with living room with sofa bed, open kitchen and dining area as well as an adjoining bedroom with bathroom and toilet. 30 m2 covered inner courtyard, with outdoor lounge, giving access to the garden.

A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

Bonjour and a warm welcome to you! :) We are Sandra and Roy, two young Germans who settled in the green heart of France at the end of 2020. We speak a little French, English and our native language, German. We invite you to discover the calm and magic of our new home. At our place, you'll find a rustic veggie garden and free-roaming animals like two nice pigs, lovely chickens, ducks, rabbits, and our two cats, named Panthera and Chaudchat.

You can hike, swim in ponds, discover a national nature reserve, visit typical and charming villages without forgetting Aubusson , its international tapestry city, its designer workshops, attend concerts and stroll through flea markets...

You will find all the comforts you need, with an equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and an adjoining bedroom with bathroom and toilet.
