Monthly Rentals in Resarö

Both Helena and her place gave us a great experience. The place was modern and fresh, while still full of charm. Great location for exploring Vaxholm and the surroundings. We were four adults and one newborn and the accommodation suited us well. Helena was very friendly, flexible and responsive :)

The apartment is very nicely furnished and equipped with everything you need. From Stockholm, you can easily get to Resarö by ferry as well as by bus and train. Within 5 minutes' walk you are at an ICA supermarket where you can find everything for everyday needs. We particularly enjoyed the fact that bicycles were available and the excellent food (both pastries and pizza and pinsa) in the cafe/restaurant Paviljong.

We had a wonderful week at Lisa and Henrik’s cabin by the water! We very much enjoyed the peacefulness during both day and night and loved waking up to the sunrise by the water right in front of the bedroom window. We also had the chance to use the sauna which was such a treat! We didn’t have a car but managed to get around just fine with public transport and walking. Lisa and Henrik were both super responsive and helpful – the perfect hosts! We also very much enjoyed the company of Skorpan the cat, who came to visit a few times. ☺️ Thank you Lisa and Henrik, we hope to see you again sometime soon!

I had an amazing and peaceful week! If you need to disconnect and just simply chill, this is the place to do it. Vaxholm is reachable by a bus. ICA is some 20ish minutes on foot.
