Located 1.7 km from the village and about 14 km from La Flèche, 36 km from Le Mans. Our accommodation can accommodate 5 people. -1 large bedroom of about 25 m² with a 140 bed and a 90 bed. (possibility of putting a baby bed), in the living space a sofa bed for 2 people. Kitchen equipped with microwave, coffee maker, induction cooktop, refrigerator. - shower room, dry toilet.

House located near the main entrance of the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit (about 15 min walk). Close to shops of all kinds and bus line. On the ground floor: an entrance, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a laundry room and a toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double bed, a landing with desk, a bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside: a green space with garden furniture and a parking space (car or motorcycles). Possibility of providing a closed garage.

The bed is made, the kitchen is furnished and equipped, and you will find shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom.
