Separate small cottage

Cosy little cottage (Ernst-Braune-Straße) on our property in a residential area with children (aged 1, 8 and 10) on the neighbouring property. A house is being renovated. The cottage is suitable for 1 to 2 people (possibly 3 people, but only upon prior request). One-like half-timbered skate on the ground floor

The unique half-timbered skate is a 450-year-old half-timbered barn that has been remodeled for residential purposes. The roof truss and clean cover had to be renewed. Since sheep stables have the property of having a low ceiling height, the small cottage had to be boiled up for 1 m. An estimated 400 new wooden nails have been handmade to get the truss of its ancient look. The old sheepfold floor also found its application in the outer base and as an exterior trim.

The 1-room basement apartment (45 m²) is located in a single-family home in a cul-de-sac in Ochtmissen. You can reach the city center by car in just 10 minutes. Bus line 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can reach the apartment via a separate entrance. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a shower toilet, a living room/bedroom, a washing machine, towels, bed linens, a TV and Wi-Fi. Toddlers are not allowed due to safety conditions.

Our Studios are located on the ground floor and 1st floor of the house. They are 19-25 sqm in size and have a double bed. Please note that you book a category and we allocate the studios according to availability. Allocation is subject to availability. We are happy to try to accommodate individual requests.  All studios have a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area and their own separate shower room.

Located in the Ochtmissen district, 2 kilometers from the old town of Lüneburg, which is easily accessible by car or bicycle, but also by bus. Supermarkets are 1-2 kilometers away. Kick back & relax in our stylish apartment. Our house is located on the edge of a wonderful large forest area. The Green Eagle golf course is only 4 km away. Lüneburg and Hamburg are close and can be reached quickly both by train and by car. The apartment is on the second floor with an amazing view of our beautiful large courtyard.
