Please let us know the approximate time of arrival at least 24 hours before arrival. Otherwise, a flexible check-in is not guaranteed.

Nice 2 room apartment. The apartment is located in the city center. Everything can be reached on foot. The ceiling is slightly lower at about 210 cm. There is an exit to the terrace, where smoking is also possible. There is no washing machine in the apartment, but laundry can be washed for free at my place. The shower cubicle is integrated together with the kitchen. However, the toilet is separate. SEE PICTURES. Check-in or check-out can also be arranged earlier or later.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the 2nd floor of a 6-family house overlooking Leonberg. The kitchen has a cozy dining niche and is fully equipped. The beautiful old town is only 600 meters away. It is 15 km to Stuttgart city center and 24 km to the airport. Very conveniently located by car via A8 / A81 and expressway to Stuttgart. The bus stop is 1 minute away. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

Within a radius of approx. 30 minutes are the Black Forest and the Swabian Alps with many hiking trails and excursion opportunities. Stuttgart and Karlsruhe can also be reached easily and quickly via the direct highway connection. The Tripsdrill amusement park is about 45 minutes away.

The small cozy apartment is located on the 4th floor of a larger apartment building on the edge of the Sommerhofenpark, as well as Klosterseepark (beautiful evening walks and great running opportunities are guaranteed). Within walking distance is the market square/main train station (about 15-20 minutes). The necessary food and shopping facilities are across the street. The apartment was newly furnished in 2020.
