Great place to stay for a large group!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sally's place. The freshly backed bread, fruit & milk on arrival were greatly appreciated. Her place was very comfortable, clean & we would definitely stay here again & recommend to our friends.

Pristine accommodation. Very comfortable furniture and the extra touch with breakfast cereal, bread and milk was very appreciated. l would highly recommend Tom and Sally's unit which is conveniently located near town.

Heaven! Private pool, luxury accommodation. Totally worth the price. David the manager was friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jenny’s place. It was well appointed and within walking distance to the Main Street. The beds were comfortable and on a 38 degree day it was beautifully cool. Waikerie is a beautiful town.

Our stay at this airbnb was amazing. The property is well maintained and in a great location. The hosts were always available to contact and quickly responded to questions regarding our stay. I would easily recommend this airbnb to others.

This place presents as a show home, but more importantly, it has all the necessities to make this the perfect AirBnB. Things often not available in other venues; steak knives, cutting knives, multiple pots and pans, baking trays and dishes, air fryer, egg rings, all utensils, condiments, platter trays, coffee machine, clothes hangers and airer. Plus the basics were all wonderful; huge stove and oven, two fridges, microwave, toaster, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, vacuum and a very good welcome folder with info. The heating and cooling was exceptional.

We were immediately impressed by how neat and clean everything was on arrival. The grounds were also immaculate. We had a great time using the fire pit and the kids loved the trampoline. We would love to return in summer to use the pool. The location was perfect for what we needed with a great amount of space for parking too. All 12 of us loved our stay and the kids didn’t want to leave.

Meridy was a great host proactive on booking and how to locate property and access. The amenities were amazing all the cooking appliances and utensils were available. Highly recommend this Airbnb if you are looking to get away with family and friends as home is very spacious and lots of room and a great outdoor area over looking the river. The property was amazing. We had beautiful views from the patio and could even spot some kangaroos in the surrounding paddocks. My grandchildren loved kicking the ball on the beautiful lawn. We had a relaxing weekend away. The house had everything we could ask for and more. We would love to come back for another stay. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful property.

IT WAS AN AMAZING SPOT EASY ACCESS TO EVERYTHING AND SO PEACEFUL AND AMAZING VIEWS AND IT WAS A GREAT GETAWAY SPOT AND I WISH I HAD MORE TIME AND OUR FAMILY LOVED IT AND I WAS ABLE TO RELAX AND CHILL OUT FROM MY BUSY WORK LIFE AND WE WILL BACK AGAIN WHEN TIME PERMITS. We were booked for a 2 night stay but due to a family member's health (in Adelaide) our stay was for 1 night. Natalya's home is in a no-through road but very close to all amenities. Natalya provided lovely instructions on usage of the home. We have a little mini foxy dog and he settled in comfortably. Gaining entrance was a little tricky because it is via entering a code rather than a keyed lockbox. You need to ring Natalya who will provide the code to gain entry. It took a few tries on my part due to the fact that you need to press hard on each of the first 2 numbers on the screen that appear and then the whole keypad lights up where you will then enter the code that Natalya provides and the door unlocks. It's not difficult just that I wasn't pressing on the first 2 numbers that automatically appear when you touch the screen. The beds were comfortable and the lounge area was also comfortable. Operation of the tv easy. Hot strong water for showering. Thanks Natalya

Serenity at its finest. Emma's place is in a beautiful location with amazing water views. The house was in great condition and kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were clean upon check-in. Plenty of activities/toys were available for the kids and us adults appreciated the paddle boards and cruiser bikes, totally a bonus. For the amount paid you would expect little things like the windows being cleaned (that open up to the water views), and the bugs and spiderwebs be swept away. I used the vacuum to get rid of the bugs around the windows, though it didn't work properly as the filter needs a clean. A bike pump for the bikes would also be useful. None of these deterred from a wonderful stay though. The area is peaceful and not far from town by car or bike. The grassy area at the back and the water views would definitely bring us back again. Highly recommend The Boat House.
