The spacious, covered terrace of 6x3 meters (west) can easily be included in the living space. You are really on the (swimming) water of the clean lake. The terrace is south/west facing with a spacious JACUZZI and a BARREL SAUNA with 2 loungers and electric stove with stones for pouring. The chalet is within walking distance of the beach. Where you can enjoy swimming in the Oosterschelde. You can also cycle almost the entire island along the Eastern Scheldt.

You can park the car inside the fence. The chalet has utilities, water, electricity and central heating and has a unique view of the pond. You can spot rare birds such as the kingfisher. There is Wi-Fi and a smart TV. The coffee maker is a Senseo. In the neighborhood, there are eateries and supermarkets.
