You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

The living room/kitchen opens onto a south-facing balcony and the bedroom opens onto a quiet garden. Free parking 50 m away.

The accommodation is located in the hamlet of "La Balme de Rencurel", ideally located 15 minutes from the center of Villard-de-Lans and Pont-en-Royans by the RD531 (which runs along the exceptional Gorges de la Bourne). Fully renovated, it is located in an old building that faces the mountain, a small park bordered by the river la Bourne is at the foot of the accommodation.
