The well-known birch events take place here. Only 2 hours from Oslo. Rental of the cabin requires the following: Rent 1 day for day event, meetings and conferences: NOK 5,000 incl. Her er det stille og rolig selv om leiligheten ligger sentralt. Det er gratis parkering rett ved leiligheten. Her er det ferdig oppredde senger og alt tilbehør som skal være i en ferdig møblert leilighet. Her er mulighet for god avslapping og god søvn. Det er uteplass som passer fint hvis man liker å sitte ute i sola

Det er ca 10 minutters gangavstand ned til sentrum med jernbanestasjon og Høgskolen og 3 km opp til Birkebeinerstarten, samt ca 3 km til Rena leir. Det finnes også ett lysthus/drivhus på eiendommen som kan benyttes til å inta morgenkaffen eller slappe av med en god bok
