Charming Percheron farmhouse, in a hamlet, 2 hours from Paris. Unspoiled nature, ponds and hills as far as the eye can see. Producers just around the corner from the house, flea markets, walks and all shops nearby. Our house is located 5 km from Remalard, and 3 km from Conde sur Huisne train station (direct from Paris Montparnasse), 15 min from Belleme and Mortagne. Country atmosphere, fireplaces, pellet stove and old stones. From the house, many walks in the woods, or by bike.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. My place is close to La Loupe (8 km) and Bretoncelles (8 km) and about 1 hr 40 min from Paris. You'll love this house because of the outdoor areas. This restored farmhouse of about 180 m2, located in a small quiet hamlet is at your disposal for a pleasant stay in the Perche with family or friends. Pets are allowed and it is possible to bring your horse. My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups.
