Organic house meadow, quiet idyll near city, parking

The organic vacation home "Lichtberg 2" is the smaller of the two neighboring houses (both can be booked together for at least 6 people, see also "Biohaus Landl."). It is enchantingly located alone in the garden and on the field - and yet very close to the city (10 min. to the university, city, main station and highway). It has been optimally renovated in 2016 with high-quality materials. A beautiful home for 2, 3 guests who, for example, like to hike, meditate or just enjoy the healthy off-grid.

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 sqm) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the souterrain (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. There is a small kitchenette in the entrance area. From here you can get straight into the bathroom with shower/toilet. On the left - separate from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to the nature.

The cozy, quiet apartment was furnished with a lot of love for detail. The comfortable apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a new, great bathroom and a spacious living room and bedroom with an attached south-facing balcony. Our house is located in the wine-growing area of Mosel-Saar-Ruwer. From here you can discover Trier, the oldest city in Germany, the romantic Saarburg, as well as Luxembourg. Parking is available as well as garage space for bicycles and motorcycles.

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

High ceilings give the "loft feeling". The bathroom is brand new, the kitchen well equipped and good wine opposite! Our loft is perfect for couples+solo travelers and ideal for hikers, cyclists or just to relax. Due to the open stairs, however, is rather unsuitable for children.

My place is close to nature and good air and peace and quiet. You will love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. On the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, below a sofa bed. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and Eifel fans.
