The apartment is great! It is quiet, very clean and spacious. The amenities are super extensive. There is everything you need for an extended stay. The check in was flexible and friendly. I felt very comfortable in Florian's apartment. Absolutely recommended.

We had a wonderful weekend in the apartment Kamineich! The apartment is well equipped. The apartment was also super equipped for small children. Communication was quick and friendly, everything fit and the apartment is beautifully decorated. There was also free entrance to the Sababurg Zoo via the apartment, which is only 15 minutes away and a visit is highly recommended. Clear recommendation!

Renate is a great hostess in a great area. We will be happy to come back!

The Räuberhöhle has not promised too much and not too little. It was a clean and quiet stay to our complete satisfaction.

We felt comfortable as the 1st time, everything is there what we needed, the apartment is small but nice, clean and modern. Sebastian's place was a beautiful oasis - exactly as advertised, and even more impressive in person, with expansive views, cool interior design, and thoughtful personal touches that made our stay feel effortless (i.e. spices, condiments, tissues, paper towels, etc.). It is well located, with several restaurant options within walking distance (10-15 mins), as was a large grocery store. The included garage parking was a huge bonus, and the charming Ayse was very helpful in directing us on exactly where/how to get in (meeting us in person to facilitate). Sebastian was such a considerate host! Very easy to communicate with, and responsive to our needs. Definitely a must stay when in Kassel.

We felt very comfortable and very welcome. The apartment is a nice size and is located right by the field. So you can start walking right away. The large balcony is definitely great in a warmer season. The beds are very comfortable and we slept great for 2 nights. We will be happy to come back!

Renate welcomed us in a very friendly way. Her apartment is stylish and tastefully furnished and the amenities are also more than generous. The small, beautiful bathroom also has a great shower. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Lake Eder, which we discovered for ourselves from the beautiful apartment. With a view of the lake, you will be insanely slowed down and calm. We liked the room and the region very much and we will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay! The apartment and balcony are super cozy and the view of Bad Grund is unbeatable! We sat almost exclusively outside and enjoyed - both morning and evening in any weather...the balcony is protected from rain and wind. You can tell the love for detail - nothing was missing! Katharina and Andre made our days great with tips for hikes and excursions and their warm manner. Restaurants, shopping, cafes and hiking trails are all on the doorstep. Thanks for having us :)

Villa Ilse 2.0 is a beautiful house with charm and character, lovingly, stylishly and carefully renovated and offers a great view of the Weser. There are many different seating options for large and small conversation groups, our favourite place was the veranda, where we met for the first coffee/tea before breakfast. The kitchen has top equipment in terms of electrical appliances and kitchen utens as a small cooking club with 6 people we did not miss anything. The outdoor grill had a full gas cylinder. Our contact person Eckhard gave us a warm welcome and introduced the villa including the history. We immediately felt welcome, also due to the loving details such as fresh flowers, small snacks, etc. During and after the stay, Eckhard was always available, simply incredible! It was a wonderful time in the old lady, THANK YOU for that.

Myself and my partner booked for 2 nights. We arrived late and Paula greeted us warmly and gave us clear and precise information and tips to source eateries etc. We decided last minute to stay an extra night and this was no problem to Paula. We used the hot tub and sauna 1 night and then the hot tub on its own another night and it was so relaxing, peaceful and private I would highly recommend staying here and we will be returning again. It was one of the most beautiful parts of Ireland I have stayed in

Everything perfect. Parking spaces for the motorcycles in the garage were offered by the host on his own initiative. Very attentive.

Everything was great so far. It would only be nice if it is stated that the spa area costs extra,although the prices were also order. Maybe you can still separate the spa area for privacy. In the bedroom, a curtain would be nice to darken. I'd love to come back.
