South-facing basement apartment with private entrance and private garden. In a scenic location, without traffic but only 2 minutes to the bus. 12-minute walk to the Goetheanum. Parking is available on the street. The bedroom is very spacious. The TV only has smart TV via the Internet. The kitchen is well equipped but the faucet in the kitchen only has cold water.
