Outstanding communication and the stay was 100% as described. Beautiful place and the sites were amazing. I highly recommend Violet and her property! So very welcoming and clean! Just a short walk to the boardwalk and night life, then to be able to come back to have peace and quietness was so satisfying. Don’t hesitate to book this property! It’s a must!!

We were looking for a Labor Day weekend getaway and stumbled upon this listing. We loved how close we were to an assortment of shops and even did some morning walks to Starbucks. We personally prefer the beaches farther away from the boardwalk so this was a perfect location for us! The hosts were amazing and answered us so quickly but also provided us with check in/ check out information before we even needed to ask. We had a wonderful time and would be back!

Felt super comfortable there. Everything was in walking distance beach, great restaurants bars and we even utilized the kitchen for breakfast and lunch. Loved the coffee set up and the quite seating area on the water out back. We def would recommend and would love to stay again!

Hand down what an AIRBNB is supposed to be. The place is just like the pictures and smells crystal clean upon arrival. The mattress and linens were so comfortable it had me wanting to replace my mattress! This was the perfect place for annual girls weekend. Let me explain how gracious they were. We had previously picked a different Airbnb and the moment we walked into the place realized we had been PUNKED. I wont get into that whole story but needless to say it was nothing like what was advertised and we actually felt unsafe. I reach out to Steven immediately and he responded right away. Although the reservation would mean us checking in within hours of the booking he was willing to accommodate us with very short notice. The communication was flawless and Steven was truly our saving grace for the trip. What turned into a rough start ended on a very high note. Thank you, again Steven!

When we arrived and were received by Sandra, we felt like we were staying at a friend's house. Charming, well located, well established, long-running vacation rental with great Cape May vibes all day. We had an incredible family vacation here and look forward to coming back soon!

We had a wonderful time at John‘s condo! The location can’t be beat and it offered everything we needed. We had little issue with the dishwasher and washing machine, but John responded very promptly and took care of everything quick as could be. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Erin’s 2 bedroom canal home, and I have to say, it was quite a quiet neighborhood. We both were very satisfied with how clean the apartment was when we entered. The decorations were very welcoming, and the balcony was a great place to spend time and talk! We liked it so much that we want to come back next summer!

Our stay was wonderful! The view of the marsh and marina was peaceful. The property felt brand new and luxurious. Staying in the spring before the crowds arrived in Cape May was relaxing and gave my family the cozy getaway we were looking for. Love the porch!

We had a great time! My family decided to book this place for a little thanksgiving getaway. Although it was cold and could not enjoy the area as much, the view from the house is incredible!! Waking up to that view was so peaceful. I would imagine during the summer and spring is breath taking.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s home. It was well equipped, spacious, with a beautiful view. We felt very comfortable due to all of the thoughtful touches/amenities. The location was excellent, with many bars, restaurants, and shops close by and a quick drive to Ocean City and Asseatague Island. We would most definitely return.

My family stay at Jason’s place was perfect. We enjoyed the outdoor space just as much as the indoor space. We were visiting for my little brother’s 10th birthday celebration. A family of 6 the house was just the right size for us. The location was perfect. Right on the canal. The kids loved seeing the boats ride by. Everything was 10-15 mins away. So very close!!. The neighbors were all friendly!!! Everyone waved and spoke to us in passing. We just right at home! Jason was very quick and friendly with his responses. I truly thank him for that. This was not our first choice for this trip and I had to cancel due to lack of communication between me and the other rental property. My family and I plan to return soon. We love OCMD !! Thank you again Jason 10/10 recommend!!!

Let’s just say we had such a great time that we already said we will return! Brad was super responsive and flexible in accommodating our needs. The boathouse is so cute in person, photos don’t do justice! Chilling on the deck watching the boats go by is just perfect. The house is well kept, clean, with thoughtful touches such as having mirrors everywhere. Even though only 1 full and 1 half baths, no worries while waiting for your turn to shower, since you can still get ready and don’t miss a beat. We were 4 adults and no issue with taking turns. Beds and linen were comfy. Kitchen and deck gets good light while living room is cozy. Upstairs bedrooms get great light. Awesome instructions and recommendations and a few cape May books help us plan activities on arrival. We didn’t get to try the bikes or use the beach tags (will do next time). We can go on and on but you get the idea. Don’t think twice, just go!

Out of all the places we’ve stayed this felt the most at home. Beautiful views, waking up on the water and seeing it from the moment you open your eyes and walk to the next room is priceless. This place far surpassed our expectations, the host was wonderful and promptly responsive. We WILL be back!

This was the most beautiful home! It was the perfect distance from the beach and boardwalk without all the noise. The view from the back deck was incredible. Everything in the house was updated and it was decorated beautifully. I stayed here with friends for a girls weekend and I only wish we could have stayed longer! Megan was quick to respond and our stay was problem free! I would 100% recommend anyone stay here. 10/10 would do it again! :)

We only stayed a weekend but a great off the beach option for a group of 5-10 guests. Clean home, relaxing location, would book again.

This was our 3rd time staying at Anne’s house and hopefully won’t be our last. We love the location of the house. Far enough away from cape may center to not feel busy but close enough to get to bars and restaurants in 10 minutes or so. The house is always clean and in great condition. Plenty of space for everyone. The view out back is the best. Watching boats come in and out of the harbor on Adirondack chairs is very calming. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

Had an issue with the code to get in, but the host responded very quickly. Clean place. Exactly what I was looking for our quick trip to OC!

This is a great location if you have kids. I love the fact that there was baby gates for the porch and also there was kid friendly cups plates, and utensils. it’s very close to the beach and it’s a very quiet location on the bay. We would definitely stay here again. The house was gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable and very clean. I can’t say not one negative thing about our stay. We would definitely book here again.

Third year in a row, never disappointed. Amazing location, lots of room, great communication. Virginia is the best host!!!

April 27th-May 3rd 2025. This was our 2nd year staying at Bao’s place & it was wonderful again! Love the balcony view of the canal & the two balconies to relax with coffee and chat with family. Living room has plenty of seating & nice size kitchen. Place fits our family of 9 well. Beautiful decor. Bedrooms are nice, beds are very firm. Boardwalk just short walk across the highway. Starbucks & CVS close. We had a trailer that the church next door kindly let us a rent a spot on overflow parking. (Starting May 1st you can’t park trailer on street). It’s always nice to have a washer & dryer & we did but the dryer took forever. Not huge deal but we like to keep up on laundry during our stay. A couple of minor little things in kitchen that could improve our kitchen cooking experience but overall a beautiful, safe, relaxing condo & we will stay here anytime it suits in future! Have fun on your stay, you’ll love it here!

James was an amazing host. He was responsive, helpful, and kind. The condo was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family. The neighbors were also very kind and welcoming. My children loved the pool and walking the bay. The views were second to none and the location was perfect since it was minutes away from restaurants, stores, and Bethany beach. We will definitely be booking again!

This was our 3rd stay at this location. It is the perfect location for us in OC. Having morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the marina is a relaxing way to start the day. Just a few short blocks to the beach and the boardwalk. Having a car in OC is a necessity and the free parking here comes in handy. Looking forward to our next stay.

Mike’s beach house is perfect for a family or group trip. More than enough space to fit everyone and the location is amazing. You’re less than a 5min walk to the beach but also return to a quiet dock rental. It was so calm sitting on the porch each morning looking at the water. Far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy the boardwalk and attractions when wanted. He’s super communicative as well. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second time staying here. Great location, everything you need or want is within walking distance. Very nice view of the baby from the condo. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Bonnie made checking in very easy and clear.
