Waterfront holiday rentals in Delaware

We rented Marianna's place to hold a small intimate elopement. The location could not have been better for what we needed it for. She was very responsive any time I had a question. The view from the deck is beautiful. The bed wasn't the comfiest but the rest of the house/ location made up for it! Would highly recommend this air bnb!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kathryn's. She had all the luxuries of home and so many added amenities that we needed. The location was perfect from a short walk to downtown and the beach. It was so peaceful sitting on the patio in the early mornings chatting with the squirrels, bunnies and baby geese as they visited us. She provided us with a parking pass to downtown and she was very prompt when we asked questions. We definitely would like to rebook next year.

Great location, wonderful condo which looked brand new, everything was as described, great communication, the pool was a blast and had ample seating. Not to far to the beach but far enough to be away from the noise

Lea’s place was the perfect spot for a couple looking to visit the nearby beaches, attractions and restaurants while also being able to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing waterfront view from the home. There is ample space in the yard for playing lawn games, relaxing in chairs by the fire pit or sitting at the tiki bar. We didn’t end up kayaking, but there were plenty of kayaks available for use. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that were on-site and used them at the beach. We also had fun playing a card game in the sun room while watching the sun set over the water. The unit was clean and spacious for two people. The AC and ceiling fans worked great. The bed/mattress was quite comfortable. The kitchen met our needs for preparing breakfast there every morning. The hosts were very responsive and provided helpful information. Great quiet spot!

Great spot we had an awesome trip. The place was continently located and super close to the beach. Bed and couch were super comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything. Will be returning!

The booking was fast and easy! The property management team answered every questions before you had it! Amazing! The unit was beautiful! The beds were cozy and it had everything we needed and then some! Grateful to have gotten to experience it!

This place is absolutely magical. It exceeded our (already high) expectations in every way. The beach house is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, comfortable and makes excellent use of the small space. Everything you could think of needing is there! Susan was very sweet, leaving a small welcome gift, and helpful and communicative throughout the stay if needed. It genuinely felt like we had our own private (massive) beach. It is a bay beach and Susan accurately describes it, but we were expecting hoards of bugs. We only needed bug spray one evening out of a 4-day stay. There’s tons of shorebirds, beautiful rocks, shells and sand, and there’s about a mile of beach directly north of the bungalow that’s totally undeveloped, so it feels like you’re staying IN a nature preserve. We had thought we would go out and tour some of the other nearby beaches, but ended up wanting to just stay at Kitt’s Hummock, we liked it so much! I would take another vacation *just* to stay here again.

Highly recommended! The house is at a great location, is clean and spacious, and the host is very responsive and friendly. Would go back again!

We enjoyed our stay. Considering how close it was to the beach, the house was a great deal. Probably the best value for an AirBNB I've ever stayed.

We loved staying here for our family getaway! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Added bonus that beach chairs and umbrellas are available so we didn't need to bring ours! It was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was peaceful and the scenery was breathtaking. Janna was very responsive to any concerns or needs. We would love to stay here again! highly recommend!

This is was our second stay at this property and it never disappoints. We truly love this house and the host is amazing. It has become an annual tradition and we will return!

What a spacious & lovely home! Serene view of the little lake. The beds were extremely comfortable. Loved the primary bath/shower! Everything you need in the kitchen for cooking, & gas grill. Location was good for us to go exploring. Dogfish head brewery so close-the longer tour we took was very interesting; worth the $20. Lots of samples! We enjoyed the food there, as well. Hosts immediately responsive. Highly recommend!

This house exceeded our expectations and the photos online as it had a beautiful setting, spacious with large windows, lots of light, a beautiful view of the lake and the pool, excellent fishing, and we even saw a bald eagle! We bought our kayaks and enjoyed the lake and the house was so well supplied with anything guests would need. Lots of things to do in nearby Lewes and Rehobeth – beaches, mini golf, outlet malls, antique stores, really good seafood restaurants, cycling on the bicycle path that is very convenient,and fishing in the canal and off the pier. The neighborhood is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet and very walkable. And the whole area was really impressive – nicely maintained homes and beautiful flowers everywhere! We plan to return! That wou

This is the fourth time we’ve stayed at Wes’s place and it’s always fantastic. It’s so comfortable and perfectly located for our group. We love the Murderkill River! We’ll be back!

We loved our stay here over LDW. The place is small but cute and the location is perfect. The back patio with views of Silver Lake is very peaceful. Would stay again.

We have two elementary aged kids and the location was perfect for us - we were next to the pool, and two playgrounds and the basketball and tennis courts were a few minutes walk away. We enjoyed the wildlife and quiet but were able to go into town and visit the boardwalk easily. Thank you for a lovely stay Sue!

We enjoyed the quietness of the condo community and the beautiful view of the bay from the back porch. Neither one of us are ocean swimmers, so it was a treat to be able to come home from the beach, shower at the pool house and then spend a few hours relaxing in the pool. We also were surprised how conveniently located the condo is to grocery stores, restaurants etc..Thank you, Stephanie for providing a comfortable, affordable place to stay.

The condo was the perfect location for a family. Easy to hop to and from the beach throughout the day. Joanna was super responsive even though we had no issues. We will be back.

Better view than the pic shows! The private beach was clean and very close to the condo. Rentable chairs and umbrellas available on the beach. There are 2 chairs and umbrellas in the condo to use. Some of the furnishings could use a freshen-up. Mattress was excellent and we are picky! The place was very clean upon arrival and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had! Bethany Beach Boardwalk is less than a mile and a delightful treat with great restaurants and shops along with beach access- something we did not expect and thoroughly enjoyed!

Catherine's place was great for our family and young son. The location is tremendous and there are great views just eating breakfast and sipping morning coffee. The place itself is well stocked and has a very efficient layout (pocket doors) for the space. Catherine was super responsive and understanding, we really enjoyed our stay.

David's place was great, super clean with a beautiful view. David was very communicative and made everything easy. Highly recommend!
