This room is available for Minimum of 2 nights and is Dog Friendly. The Doggie Suite has a full kitchen, there is a breakfast option for a small fee to have breakfast in the main house. The Doggie Suite is located in the back of the property in a newly renovated barn. The Doggie Suite is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities you need for your stay whether it's two nights or a week. The Larger Apartment has its own separate bathroom with a shower off the bedroom. Furnished with a Smart Tv with premium channels, pull out Queen sofa, washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen and even a dishwasher. All you need to bring is your beach needs. We have a brand new Saltwater pool and gardens for you to enjoy when you get tired of the beach. You have a large deck with yard for your Dog to run around

The Homestead is a traditional Adults Only B&B and situated on two beautifully manicured acres. We are centrally located to Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Dewey Beach, State Parks, and Outlet Shopping. The Cottage is detached from the Main House and features a king size bed, kitchenette, living room with a sleeper sofa, and a fenced in back yard/patio with a gas grill. A full American breakfast is served each morning in the Main House. Please advise in advance if you have any special dietary needs.

Iona is located close to DE Turf and the Delaware beaches. The Inn looks out over Cedar Creek, a pristine estuary leading to Delaware Bay. This vista provides many stunning sunrises and sunsets. Since Iona is a working farm, the front of the house looks out over the barn, pastures, and fields. The front porch and second-floor balcony provide perfect viewing to enjoy the early morning scenery with your first cup of coffee and breakfast provided to all guests. The Terry House, a Federal Townhouse circa 1860, is located in historic New Castle, Delaware. This room is on the 2nd floor, featuring a historical nautical theme in one room and historical classic cars in the other room. This suite features, a queen and a full beds as well as private baths and a mini fridge in each room. There is a common area space called the parlor room on the first floor to work, hangout, or play games. ** Not serving breakfast at the moment.
