This was the perfect getaway for my family and I. Zully was a great host and incredibly friendly!

Great location and very clean. Only thing to note was the water was turned off when we arrived and needed to contact Vacasa to get turned back on. Great overall!

This location was booked for an out of town work trip for our crew. They loved having a home to come back to after the workday as opposed to a hotel. The owner Ford was very responsive with communication. Would recommend this property to everyone.......

Our group has a wonderful time at Pratt Farm Lodge. The Barndo was very spacious and perfect for our group to cook big meals while our kids ran around. It has everything we could have needed and made our trip very enjoyable. Ford was a great host who was very responsive and checked in with us throughout our stay.

This Airbnb is very close to all the great things Lewes has to offer! Loved the fenced in backyard.

Great stay, exactly what we needed. It was fun to take a tour of the horse barn and meet all of the animals. We would stay again!

Wonderful place to stay! Still close to beaches and OC boardwalk for a great vacation, but private and relaxing away from the crowds. Our toddler loved the toys provided, and seeing Harry Larry and the Turkey in our backyard! We had an issue with the internet (toddler goes to bed at 7, so tv is a must for something to do the rest of the evening!) and Shelley came out to the Barn house at 8:30pm to help us and fix it. Very friendly and kind! We’d love to be back one day!

The goats are adorable and super friendly! The pool is a short walk away. There are plenty of games - mini golf, cornhole, horseshoes… There is a fishing pond, animals, and trails. It was nice to get away from beach traffic at the end of the night and amazing seafood close by.

This was our second time staying at Natalie’s place. Great place and location! Beach is just a short walk across the street. Love that we can bring our furry family too! Natalie is a wonderful host and quick to respond with any questions. Looking forward to next year!

Our stay at Pop’s was EXCELLENT & Morgan was a fantastic host. Pop’s is exceptionally clean & so cozy. We were in the area for a two day tournament at DE Turf. Pop’s is across the highway from the complex so instead of living out of the truck between two different athletes’ game schedules that ran each day (from start to finish), we were able to find refuge and relaxation at Pop’s, which was so nice in comparison to previous tournaments here, where we drove back & forth and lived out of the truck, relying on concession stand food. Additionally, we enjoyed the town of Milford, and ate dinner at La Hacienda and also used the nearby Royal Farms for quick snacks, meals and drinks. Morgan also allowed us a late check out, which helped us tremendously on Day 2 of the tournament, when the games ran until 7pm at night & do not fit into that typical check out time, again, giving us a “home” to seek out & gain relaxation in between games. Thank you Morgan!

Kenny & Nicole are great host! I felt very comfortable and welcome. Best stay I’ve had while staying in someone’s home. See ya this time next year!

We had a great stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described and pictured. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The location was peaceful and quiet and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Our stay at Sonya’s farmhouse was amazing. We spent a long weekend there and it was clean, easily accessible, and Sonya was incredibly friendly. The location is private however very close to all local restaurants/bars/beaches. The home has a bunch of amenities that made our trip much easier such as cooking utensils and pans. Overall we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this Air BnB!

Renee’s place was wonderful! She was very friendly. She showed us her tiny house that she just finished and took our grandson out to the chickens to feed them and get eggs. We enjoyed swimming in her pool. It’s like staying at a friend’s place. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend.

First, I just want to acknowledge how responsive Patrick was. I asked so many questions and he came back quickly with answers and recommendations, and for that I am immensely grateful! The Airbnb was so cute, just as pictured. It was very remote and quiet and peaceful. But with restaurants and beaches nearby. We went to Slaughter and Rehoboth beaches and had delicious pizza near the Airbnb. Patrick also had a badminton net which was my favorite part of the house. My husband and I played badminton and our dog loved running around the property. We had such a great stay even though it was very short! Thank you, Patrick, for making everything so easy and wonderful for us! We would love to be back in the future!
