Köpenick-Müggelspree vacation home

Our apartment is located in an apartment building in the most forested and water-rich district of Berlin (Köpenick). We offer you an apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly on the Müggelspree river about 500 m before Lake Müggelsee. The apartment can accommodate 2 people with a child. Pets are allowed. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave invites you to cook. We also offer a sitting area with TV, a separate work area with desk as well as Internet access. The bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels are provided) is located under the roof. The apartment contains a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk, you are already in the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you to take a leisurely stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also an open-air cinema) and restaurants. A quick supply of food is ensured with supermarkets within walking distance. By bike, you can explore the surrounding area or start a small or large excursion through the Spree Tunnel. At Lake Müggelsee, you have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water with various motor ships. By tram you can reach the old town of Köpenick in about 15 minutes, where you can visit the famous Köpenick town hall with Ratskeller and the completely renovated castle with current art exhibitions. From the Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (15 minutes walk or tram), you can immerse yourself in the big city bustle of Berlin after just 30 minutes.

Forest house with sauna in the Märkische Schweiz Nature Park

The cozy house with a large garden and sauna (fee fee) is located on the edge of the forest in the Märkische Schweiz Nature Park, just 50 km from Berlin-Mitte. The lovingly decorated house has a beautiful view of the forest, a large eat-in kitchen, fireplace and underfloor heating. In the village there are 3 lakes with natural swimming areas and an outdoor pool. Hiking in the nature park, cycling, reading in the hammock, grilling, relaxing, cooking together, sitting by the campfire or working in peace - all this is possible here.

Terrarium Biofarm Ihlow Nature Park

Our 3rd accommodation: a small wooden house (8 sqm) on wheels on our idyllic organic farm meadow in the particularly beautiful nature park village of Ihlow (Märkische Schweiz Nature Park 50 km from Berlin's center!), separately located, glazed on two sides, beautiful view, toilet & shower 50 m away, courtyard café directly on the farm (from May to October seasonally!)Breakfast & dinner individually also outside of opening hours! Sauna in Reichenow Castle (3 km). Please register there directly yourself (€15 per person)!

Holiday home at the Quince/ private sauna-in IHLOW

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation, picturesque village Ihlow, in the Märkische Schweiz (5km walk through the forest to Buckow), 55km east of Berlin. You can swim in the Reichenower Lake (3km) or in the Grosser Thornowsee. If you don't have a car, you can get there by bus or bicycle (18km) from Straussberg Nord station. The house was finished in 2022 (developed by 3 architects of the Berlin Academy of Art 3 bedrooms,2 baths, large dining table, fireplace, finnish sauna, sunny terrace

Fantastic houseboat in the middle of Berlin

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Cottage with sauna, directly on Lake Buckow

The cottage is situated in the small town Buckow, the pearl in the nature park "Märkische Schweiz", just 50 KM east of Berlin. One of the prettiest places in Germany. The cottage is behind the pink main building (see photo). The property is right at the lake Buckow. Next to the lake is a sauna, exclusively for guests of the cottage. The lake and the sauna are 100 m away from the cottage on the other side of the garden. Within the week the cottage is less expensive to rent.

Cozy stone house in the artist village of Ihlow

The cozy barrier-free apartment in the Märkische Schweiz is located in Ihlow in a listed field stone house, is about 52 m², has a spacious kitchen-living room with fireplace, piano and large sofa bed, 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom. Ideal for relaxing, unwinding, recharging your batteries, enjoying nature or for concentrated work. The hilly surroundings offer hiking and cycling trails, swimming lakes, interesting art and cultural sites. For 2 adults plus extra bed.

Modern apartment in the old manor house (I)

The 2-room apartment is located on the first floor, is bright and spacious (80 square meters). It would be ideal for 2 people, as there is only one bedroom. Another 2 people can sleep in the sofa bed in the living room. For children, a travel crib can be brought along. Next door there is a 2nd apartment for up to 4 people, which can be booked in parallel for larger families or friends. The very idyllic landscape of the Oderbruch invites you to take walks or bike tours.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Relax on the sunny loggia and enjoy the tranquility. Prime location with excellent transport connections. Cafés, restaurants, and markets are within walking distance—perfect for exploring Berlin!

Wooden hut in the idyllic nature park

In the nature park of Märkische Schweiz, in the pretty Waldsieversdorf, our wooden hut stands on a separate property. It is idyllically located on the edge of the forest of the Stöbbertal. The wooden hut is fully insulated, so you can live comfortably here even in winter. There is a 7 KW fireplace that gives you pleasant, long-lasting and cozy warmth with a few logs of wood. There is also an electric radiator in the bathroom.
