Adjacent cycling and hiking trails allow you to make great excursions in nature. Excursion destinations: Hof Zoo, Hof old town, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, museum, Franconian Forest, Fichtel Mountains, Untreusee, various restaurants and much more.

Our cozy basement apartment is located between the Franconian Forest and the Fichtel Mountains - perfect for all nature lovers and active vacationers. By bike you can reach the local recreation area Untreusee in just 10 minutes, where various outdoor activities are possible. In winter, the region offers numerous skiing opportunities on the nearby Kornberg or Ochsenkopf with various slopes for all levels or the Klinovec ski area, a little further away, but with a variety of slopes.

The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

The well-air-conditioned new apartment with underfloor heating is modernly equipped and has a large living and dining area with access to a private terrace. Our house is quietly located, about 2 km from the beautiful Untreusee. It is 5 km to Hof and 10 km to Rehau. We rent a self-contained apartment in the basement, consisting of a living-sleeping area of about 24 square meters, a single kitchen of about 4 square meters and a bathroom of about 3.5 square meters. The apartment is equipped with its own door opener and an intercom.

Stay at the foot of the Kornberg

New and very spacious. Our apartment was completed in 2024. It is located at the foot of the Kornberg in the middle of an actively operated farm. It has a separate entrance and two free parking spaces. The city of Selb is about 6.5 km away. It is a 2-room apartment on two floors for 1-5 people. (6 people are possible on request)
