In winter, the region offers numerous skiing opportunities on the nearby Kornberg or Ochsenkopf with various slopes for all levels or the Klinovec ski area, a little further away, but with a variety of slopes.

Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. The well-air-conditioned new apartment with underfloor heating is modernly equipped and has a large living and dining area with access to a private terrace.
