Private suite holiday rentals in Regional Municipality of Durham

The house was located in a nice area which was very close to local grocery stores, parks, and tennis courts. The place was spacious and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook anything you want. Jeesoo was very responsive to any questions we had. The only thing I would say as an FYI is that the bed is rather firm and if you plan to work from here the wifi can be spotty at times. Overall was a great place for my husband and I to stay

A superb place to walk, explore trails, and enjoy the calm and distant views of Lake Ontario. Breakfasts were excellent. Very warm hospitality.

I had a very nice stay at this basement apartment less than two blocks away from the lake. There was plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby if I needed anything and it was a great launching pad to go into Toronto without having to stay in Toronto. It was just what I needed. And a great price I would certainly go back. I will admit I didn’t read close enough to realize that there was not an oven or a stove top so there was some difficulty preparing meals, but that was on me. So just think about what you’re going to cook before you buy it and how you’re going to accomplish it. Having the washer and dryer right there was super convenient and the shower is nice and large with great water pressure. Murphy bed is very comfortable. It was the first time I had ever used one. And two futons made excellent couches.

This is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Abul let us check in at 10 am and was very accomodating. The unit is fully equipped with anything you might need.Most importantly Abul was very welcoming towards us and my family, he is the most hospitable host I have come across. We will definitely stay again with them soon.

It was great, such a nice, hassle free night

Unfortunately we were only in Toronto for a night, wish we had more time to enjoy the stay. It was everything listed and more and we would love to return sometime in the future for hopefully a longer stay.

Our recent experience at Shaunvir and Sydney's guest suite was very comfortable, spacious and well equiped. It didn't feel like a basement apartment as there were lots of windows, 9 ft. ceilings and a private entrance that led out to a pretty & private backyard. We loved having 2 bathrooms and it was nice to have a large sparkling clean tub to soak in if you enjoy baths. The kitchen had an abundance of storage and perfect for long term rentals. There was also a walk in closet with shelving in the main bedroom that was perfect for keeping everything organized! We barely heard anything on the main floor other than the occasional muffled footstep. I ran into the owners who lives on the main floor only a couple times in the almost 2 weeks of residing here and they were very respectful, kind and friendly. Overall it was a wonderful AIRBNB experience. Communication with Sydney was top notch. Availability seems to fill up quite quickly and we understand why!

Just completed my latest extended stay in Unit #2. This apartment has been like home. It’s a great spot, clean, peaceful neighborhood, and short drive (4.5km) to everything you need. Tracey is always ready to assist with anything that pops up and is very friendly and easily to deal with. Hope to visit again soon :)

Amazing location - always look to book here first whenever I need an AirBnB in GTA!

Definitely a cute little spot to stay with great privacy and a very quiet surroundings! However we were under the impression we were getting new not used shampoo and conditioner, like it shows in the pictures, The ones in the bathroom were already used by previous guests, leading us to buy our own! Everything else was fantastic and Aparna and Shuvashish were so accommodating and helpful!

I had a wonderful stay at Sayyam’s place in Ajax. The space was perfect for me and my cats, with everything I needed to feel comfortable. The entire place was spotless and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax. Sayyam was an excellent host—very helpful and always available for any questions or assistance. His family was equally kind and respectful, which added to the overall positive experience. The location is also fantastic! There are plenty of things to do in the area, including a lovely park right next to the property, perfect for a peaceful walk or some fresh air. There are also several great places to eat nearby, making it super convenient. I would highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a clean, private, and welcoming place to stay in Ajax!

Solmaz’s place was great. Very clean and cozy. She was also a very good host and communicated very well. I would recommend her place.

Absolutely loved this visit. Accommodation was perfect; the entry was well lit and separate, lockbox easy to use. Arrived extremely late and hosts were very accommodating. Set up was perfect for me. The shower; oh my goodness ......perfect. No waiting for hot water and no doors to try and maneuver around to turn water on. Extra blankets for anyone that would need them and it was so quiet/ peaceful. Just perfect. Highly recommend this space.

Mansoor was an exceptional host! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. His place is absolutely immaculate every room was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire home was thoughtfully furnished with attention to every detail. The kitchen was not only clean but also fully stocked, making it a joy to cook in. You can tell how much care and pride Mansoor puts into maintaining the space it felt warm, welcoming, and far beyond our expectations. He was also incredibly kind, responsive, and respectful throughout our stay. This experience was flawless from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Mansoor’s place to anyone looking for a truly top-notch stay!

Clean and cozy Airbnb !

This is a great airbnb in an amazing location, Sarah was a great host and very helpful while we were staying at her airbnb!

The "Whitby Guest House" is a hidden gem. It feels like home! It is a custom built home with a gorgeous walk up bsmt apt. It does not feel like a bsmt, as it is 1/3 above ground. It has 3 large windows that allow the natural light to shine in. The designer kitchen sets the stage with white quartz countertops, a large centre island w/bar stools & beautiful chandelier and pot lights all on dimmer switches so you can adjust the lighting. The LG fridge has ice maker and water filter, oven with air fryer "the best". I loved looking at the backsplash & hood range over the stovetop. The spacious bedroom allows you to unpack your belongings, put your suitcase away and actually feel "at home" and enjoy your stay. It makes it easy to get organized and plan your days. Slept very well! Comfy bed & linens! Loved the living room sofa, TV set up & the bathroom was perfect. It has a gorgeous tiled shower with high end glass doors. Wash & Dryer so nice. Easy walk to shops, grocery, restaurant or GO!
