You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.

Our two-room apartment is located in a very quiet location, in a detached house with separate access. The apartment is large and bright and has a 40 sqm terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Whether trade fair, downtown, Christmas market or train station. In a maximum of 20 minutes you can reach your destination by Bus or S-Bahn. If you need relaxation, walk or jog, you will find a lot of nature right at your doorstep.

It is located on the Danube Cycle Trail, right at the bus stop "Baseball Stadium" of bus line 5, which runs directly to the city center/main train station every 10 minutes. The property is located on the first floor in a former farmhouse with free parking in front of the house. Garage parking, as well as charging facilities for electric cars are possible on request. Children up to 12 stay free of charge. Pets by request. Due to increased cleaning effort per animal: small €5, large €8 to €10! Payable on site!

Dear travelers, my place can accommodate up to 7 to 8 people. The apartment offered has on its first floor a kitchen with all dishes, a small bathroom with shower, a seating area with TV, beds and a small dining area. There are more beds on the upper floor. Outside there is a terrace with a small garden and fence suitable for dogs. The entire property is located on a property with a small farm.
