Our lovingly renovated and very well-equipped 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor of the old paper mill from 1539 offers coziness and comfort. It is about 55 square meters, very comfortable for two, but two more people can be accommodated well. There is also a shared yoga and exercise room (approx. 30 sqm) available, which invites you to do yoga, meditation, punching bag training, and dancing with a mirror and ballet bar. Use at your own risk; parents are liable for their children.

Despite its immediate proximity to the center, there is not much to be felt from the nocturnal old town bustle of the city center. Ostengasse is a traffic-calmed bicycle street. The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.
