This property gives you that country feel with all the modern day amenities and more. 40 min to Greenville, 28 min to Clemson, and 10 min to Downtown & Anderson University and 7 minutes from Pine Lake Golf Course.

We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.

It has a full kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and living room. Our one bedroom "apartment" has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Room for air mattresses too. There is swimming, fishing, kayaking, and just plain relaxing here. We are close to hiking and waterfalls. Approximately one hour from UGA or one hour from Clemson for a getaway football weekend. Come enjoy and bring your pets too—they are always welcome!
