At an altitude of 1400 m in the wild valley of Garrotxes, the traditional stone and wood house was renovated in 2020. Comfort, authenticity and nature immersion will be on the program. Located at the top of the village and on the edge of the forest, it is an ideal place for hiking, cycling or mountain biking. Optionally, we offer the provision of two electric mountain bikes to discover the richness of the surroundings (nature, heritage, panoramas) by leaving your car in the parking lot.

Chalet familial à Formiguères, idéal pour des vacances à la montagne. Deux espaces nuit adaptés aux familles, une pièce de vie lumineuse avec vue sur les montagnes, et un cadre naturel exceptionnel. Avec un peu de chance, il arrive que des cerfs s’approchent aux abords du chalet, offrant un moment rare et magique. Station familiale avec navettes gratuites pour le ski en hiver (vacances scolaires), randonnées, nature, air pur et vraie déconnexion, loin des foules et du tourisme de masse.

"La Biche" Studio Fully equipped 25 m2 studio with mountain views from the balcony. Perfect for a couple. In a quiet residence, not overlooked, it is on the top floor with elevator access. 2 parking spaces, including a private one in front of the residence and one below with a concierge year-round. Secure ski locker on the ground floor. 5 min walk to shops and the "Jassettes" chairlift. When snow conditions permit, skiers can arrive at the foot of the residence via the green slope.

Mountain cabin

El Refugio del Sol is a cozy stone and wood chalet, with a recently completed high-quality comprehensive renovation, unique in the Pyrenees for being in the middle of the mountain, within the La Molina domain. With a fireplace, spectacular mountain views, 1,200 m² of private garden, and parking within the property itself, it represents an exclusive and unforgettable experience in spring and summer, both for the more active (mountain biking or hiking) and for those looking to relax.

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

30 m2 studio with garden located in Formiguères

5 minutes walk to the center of Formiguères, bakery , butcher/caterer, bars, restaurants, convenience stores and pizzeria. The accommodation consists of an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, raclette machine), BZ 140 sofa bed, 140 bed bedroom, shower cubicle and independent toilet. Linens and linens provided on request and as an option. Accommodation not accessible to PRM due to steps and no suitable amenities.

Ideal for hikers and nature lovers looking for tranquility; skiing in winter at "Formiguères" or "Les Angles", the 2 nearest resorts 10/15 minutes away, the Puyvalador resort being closed. Shops in Formiguères (grocery store, butcher shop, tobacco shop, restaurants...) 9 km away. Linens not provided. Cleaning must be done by you (products available).

F2-type apartment, with an area of approximately 30 m2, located on the second floor of a residence with elevator. It has a balcony with views of Lake Matemale and the mountains, a ski locker is available. The apartment has an entrance hall with storage closet, a living area with a 140 cm sofa bed, a kitchen area, a bathroom with bathtub and a bedroom with a 140 cm bed.

La Roca is a small rural core located in the middle of Valle de Camprodon. An idyllic setting within a stone house village literally hooked to the rock.
