Ein Ort, an dem das Herz zur Ruhe kommt – absolute Empfehlung! Wir hatten einen traumhaften 10-tägigen Aufenthalt! Željan und seine Familie sind außergewöhnlich herzlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Apartment war sauber, gut ausgestattet und besonders die große Terrasse mit Blick über die Bucht war ein echtes Highlight. Unsere Hündin war ebenfalls willkommen, was für uns sehr wichtig war. Abends haben wir oft im Restaurant gegessen – frische, leckere Küche und ein wunderschöner Sonnenuntergang inklusive. Dank der Kochnische konnten wir auch mittags selbst Kleinigkeiten zubereiten. In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Bademöglichkeiten, ob Stein oder Kies. Die Lage ist ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen, aber trotzdem gut angebunden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend. Wir haben uns mit einem Tränchen verabschiedet – und kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Apartament jest dobrze wyposażony i przestronny. Na tarasie można spędzać wieczory podziwiając piękny widok. Miejsce jest idealne dla osób, które szukają ciszy i spokoju. Zejście do morza zajmuje 2 minuty (z dziećmi może się wydłużyć). Powrót z uwagi na to, że jest pod górę jest trochę dłuższy, ale zajmuje 3,5 minuty :). Z apartamentu można podziwiać jeden z najpiękniejszych widoków :). Kuchnia jest bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Można także skorzystać z pralki. Idealne miejsce na wyciszenie się i pobyt z bliskimi z dala od zgiełku.

Bardzo wygodnie miejsce. Nieskazitelnie czyste co jest bardzo ważne. Wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne. Największym atutem jest zapierający dech w piersiach widok.

L’emplacement de l’appartement était idéal, la vue était incroyable et l’hôte était très accueillante et disponible, merci beaucoup. Manque juste un peu d’équipement : fer à repasser, sèche cheveux fonctionnel… Merci encore ! 💫

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, très calme et une vue magnifique sur la mer. la mer est accessible à pied en 10 minutes.

Krásné čisté ubytování v blízkosti moře a krásným výhledem na moře. Příjemní a ochotní hostitelé. Klidné tiché místo vhodné pro relax.

You do need a car or be comfortable taking Ubers or taxis, because there is nowhere we found in the immediate area to walk to except the airport. BUT the apartment is probably the most thought out Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. So clean and decorated perfectly. No detail missed. The balcony views are gorgeous. Would 100% stay here again. Loved the proximity to Trogir and Split isn’t too far ($40 Uber ride for family). HIGHLY recommend.

Spędziliśmy CUDOWNY tydzień w apartamencie u Vinka. Zostaliśmy ciepło przywitani przez córkę Ivane. Ivana komunikuje się w języku angielskim. Na przywitanie w Apartamencie zostaliśmy obdarowani lokalnym winem, likierami i piwem. Apartament wyposażony zgodnie z opisem. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona, był nawet wyciskacz do cytrusów:). Do dyspozycji była duża lodówka, mikrofalówka. W obiekcie była segregacja śmieci. W łazience podstawowe kosmetyki i sprzęt taki jak suszarka, pralka. Piękne pokoje, piękny taras z CUDOWNYM WIDOKIEM❤️na którym duży stół z krzesłami i huśtawka 😚Tam spożywaliśmy wszystkie posiłki. WSZĘDZIE CZYSCIUTKO!!! Do około domu czysto, zadbane szczegóły, miejsce do grillowa, zieleń. Cudowna miejscowość❤️do plaży blisko, ale stromo. Około 10 minut spacerem, znaleźliśmy miejsce - zejście do plaży przyjemne, plaża z drobnymi kamyczkami. Do sklepu i centrum 10 minut. Tam restauracje, piekarnia i sklep. Okolica CUDOWNA! CHCEMY JESZCZE TAM WRÓCIĆ - WARTO!!!!! DZIĘKUJEMY❤️

Die Unterkunft war top. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Von Waschmaschine bis Geschirrspüler. Es gab sogar ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett. Super Ausgestattet. Der Meerblick vom Balkon war super. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen Obst und Gemüsekorb und Getränke im Kühlschrank. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit

We (Irish couple early 50s) stayed here for 8 nights in early September 2024 and we LOVED it! The view from the balcony of course is the star of the show but the apartment itself is fantastic! It’s modern and clean and very comfortable. A couple of evenings were chilly and the apartment was warm and cosy, and there were fleece throws provided so we could still sit on the balcony. The apartment is probably the best equipped of any Airbnb we have stayed in, all the basics provided like oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee pods, kitchen roll, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, cleaning equipment, very generous. There was also a bottle of wine & water in the fridge the night we arrived which was really appreciated. The kitchen is also well equipped with everything you need to cook a dinner, which we did a couple of evenings. Josó nagyon kedves, bármit kértünk mindenben segített. A kétszemélyes apartman szuper, tényleg ahogy a fotókon látszik óbölre néző kilátással. A ház előtt is lehet fürödni a tengerben. Finom falatokkal kedveskedtek. Aki pihenni akar csak ajánlani tudom.

Let me acknowledge Anna being a fantastic host. I had some questions even before I made my booking and she promptly answered . Everything went smoothly with our self-check in. The property is near the edge of Razanj and it is a brand new building with lots of outdoor space. There was a short rough road leading to the property but it was okay. The apartment is nice and very clean. It has a wrap-around balcony which we love, glass walls, wide windows that let us enjoy the view, natural light and unique nature around it. The apartment is furnished well and the kitchen has everything you can possibly need during your vacation. There are airconditioning units in the living area, and each of the two bedrooms which helped us feel comfortable even during the warmest and most humid days. The swimming pool is good sized, clean and warm . The property leads to an almost private, rocky but very interesting beach and my children loved snorkelling and paddleboarding. This is a treasure!

We lived in the apartment for 2 weeks. Everything corresponded to the description of the owner. Luxurious view from the terrace and the sea was crystal clear! We missed a microwave in the kitchen. Mosquitoes were a bit of a problem. It would be nice to put mosquito nets on the windows and doors. Unfortunately, at night we had to drive away inadequate youth from under the windows. I understand - youth, but at night you want to hear the sound of the sea.

Amalija var en väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig värd. Hon skickade förslag på saker att göra, besöka och hur man tar sig runt. Boendets läge var höjdpunkten på hela resa, Razanj är en extremt vacker by som är omringad av kristallklart vatten! Det var lite svårt att ta sig från byn, då det går dåligt med lokal trafik, men Amalija gav oss ett nummer till en taxi så det löste sig bra. Och när vi väll hade lämnat Razanj en gång ville inte göra det igen, då vi förstod vilken pärla denna by är. Själva boendet är även rent och har en väldigt mysig balkong.

This was the most beautiful place. The views were breathtaking and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. Edi was a great host and very accommodating. We fell in love with Hvar and if we ever came back, this is where I’d want to stay!

This was one of our favourite stays in Croatia. The accommodation far exceeded our expectations. Spacious apartment, perfectly equipped, tastefully furnished and sparkling clean. Quietly located, with fantastic views of the sea. This accommodation is outstanding. Natali is a warm, helpful and reliable hostess. We hope that we can come back one day.

Highly recommend this apartment. Jolanda was quick to get back to us and no problem checking in at 10pm. Apartment was well equipped with 2 comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen with everything including some welcome treats. The hot tub was amazing and very welcome after busy days out. A 10min walk to the old town and bus station with a supermarket around the corner. The shower runs on a tank so as long as no one spends too long there is enough hot water for 4 people. Jolanda also really kindly looked after our bags on our last day as our flight was late. Would definitely stay here again

From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. Great location, amazing harbor and islands view from the patio, very walkable to many restaurants and ~20 minute walk into the historic district which you can walk along the beach or a bit more direct along streets. Easy, short walks to multiple beaches both up and down the coast...providing options for quiet beaches or those with restaurants/bars, and activities. Very clean, comfortable, and with a private parking spot. Katarina our Host was proactive with meeting us at check-in, providing local advice and checking up to be sure everything was well...which is was! For a stay in Split, 100% would stay again!!

We had such a wonderful stay at Zvonimir’s place in Podstrana! The home was beautiful, clean, and had an absolutely stunning view, the kind you don’t forget. Zvonimir and his family were exceptional hosts: kind, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. One of the highlights was receiving some delicious homemade treats that made us feel right at home. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!
