Located 20 km from Zadar, a major historical, cultural and sporting centre, 50 km from the party paradise of Zrće. Near 4 national parks (Starigrad 30km, Krka 80km, Kornati 60km, Plitvice 110km). The house itself is 300m from the beach. In the town, you can find several shops, a large Tommy supermarket, 5 beach bars, a few fast-food outlets, a few cafés and restaurants.
