A family house, divided into 2 levels with separate entrances, each level is a separate suite. Ideal for a family vacation. Located 20 km from Zadar, a major historical, cultural and sporting centre, 50 km from the party paradise of Zrće. Near 4 national parks (Starigrad 30km, Krka 80km, Kornati 60km, Plitvice 110km). The house itself is 300m from the beach. In the town, you can find several shops, a large Tommy supermarket, 5 beach bars, a few fast-food outlets, a few cafés and restaurants.

Unsere in 2024 neu gebauten, großzügigen Nautica Apartments bieten einen atemberaubenden, unverbauten Blick auf das Meer und die Berge durch eine 6m breite Glasfront vom Boden bis zur Decke. Mehr Blick geht nicht. Dieses Apartment 1 im Erdgeschoß hat eine große Terrasse mit eigenem kleinem Garten. Ein toller 14m Pool lädt zum schwimmen ein. Die anderen Apartments im Obergeschoß haben eine 90m² große Dachterrasse.
