Holiday rentals with a patio in Raytown

2 bedroom, 2 bath for us two couples with nice size bedrooms. Spacious living and dining combination room. Kitchen was good sized and was well appointed with dishes, coffee maker, and pots & pans. We were there for a wedding in Bonner Springs. Our 4 night stay included some tourist sights and wedding events in downtown KC which was a less than a 30 minute drive away. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at this beautiful Airbnb to celebrate a wedding in KC. Everything was in top notch condition and extremely clean. The host was helpful and checked in throughout our stay. I highly recommend!

Lovely, clean, and well-stocked place to stay! It was so generous of our host to have a few cold drinks and snacks available, after a long travel day, it made it feel like home. Lots of top-notch little parks nearby to go for a stroll.

This place was absolutely amazing! It was super easy to find, and the location couldn’t have been better—close to so many great restaurants, cafes, and interesting spots to explore. Whether we were walking around or taking a quick ride, everything we needed was nearby. The host was equally fantastic—very communicative and incredibly responsive. Anytime we had a question or needed something, they got back to us right away and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, a perfect experience. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Rob and Brenda had a very nice spot in downtown KC. We had a concert at the T-Mobile Center and it was really nice to walk over. Plus there are a multitude of wonderful restaurants in the area, as well as, the apartment is situated close to the river market district!

This is an excellent home base to explore Kansas City. The apartment is spacious, private, easy to get to, and comfortable. Kellie was easy to communicate with, flexible, and friendly. I would highly recommend!

Ryan & Michelle host a very cozy spot with very beautiful surroundings & scenery. Their hardwork shows in both landscaping & cleanliness throughout the property and house. It was a pleasure to meet them both, very nice people! Would absolutely stay here again. 10/10.

We enjoyed staying here. So relaxing, comfortable, clean, stocked with supplies and treats. Everything, including a comfortable bed, that we needed for a good stay. The patio was our favorite spot to listen to the distance trains and fun birds. (so close to get on freeways too)

The place was just as described and had all the amenities needed.

What a great stay in KC! My sister and I were in town for a weekend and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The pictures and description of the home are accurate and it exceeded our expectations. I especially loved the screened back porch - perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails! Beds were very comfy and we had everything we needed. Scott was wonderful to communicate with and was able to accommodate our request to check-in an hour early. We'll definitely try to reserve this great spot again!

Carol’s place worked really well for hosting my adult children. We were there for a family event in a neighboring suburb so didn’t do anything in the immediate area. I would definitely stay again!

Location is the best part of this home. I loved being so close to my favorite parts of KC. The house is beautifully decorated and well designed, making a small square foot home feel very functional and spacious. I also enjoyed the private driveway and nice backyard! Worked well for my family with (had a toddler and a baby with me)! Had a pack and play and the large mirror was anchored to the wall!!! Could consider adding high chair and more child utensils/plates/cups but those are minor requests!

Naomi’s place was a great stay. We went for a couple of Royals games. It was only a couple minutes from the stadiums and only about 15 minutes from downtown KC. It felt very homey and was easy to get in an access the guesthouse. It was a very clean house in a good neighborhood. She answered all our questions and gave great feedback and recommendations. If we ever go back, I would definitely stay in Naomi’s place again.

Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. I was on a work trip so I wasn't at the home much but the time I was there felt right at home. The theater is great ans works well, could use an extra set of speakers but really not a big deal. the hot tub was well kept and nice and the string lights made it very peaceful. The bed was comfortable and clean. The heated bathroom floor was awesome and the rest of the bathroom was clean. All in all a nice place and nice hosts. I liked not having a list of things to do at check out. Thank you.

The house was in very good condition with nice welcoming touches by the hosts. The location was perfect for our needs and the pictures accurately reflected what we experienced (nice enclosed patio we weren't expecting, too). Good communication from the hosts throughout our stay (11 nights). Thanks

We adored our stay in this artfully decorated and intentionally stocked home. From touches like extra throw blankets to a variety of products in the bathroom to cozy little nooks for chatting throughout the space, this was one of our favorite Airbnbs ever. Tina was helpful and responsive. We couldn’t get over how healthy her house plants were! Would definitely stay again, if life brings us back to KC!

Sage is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and proactive. The guest suite is comfortable and has everything you will need for a stay there. The condo is in a great location very near the Nelson Atkins art museum and a few blocks from the Plaza. I would definitely stay at Sage's place again.

We enjoyed our time at Pamela’s property. Loved the park view. Very easy to get around. Lots of great areas within walking distance. Very comfy bed. Fully stocked if you want to stay in. Bathroom area is a little tight, but totally doable. Street parking and we never had an issue getting a spot. Would definitely stay again and really appreciate the wonderful, quick communication.
