I visit New Hampshire often to visit family, and I knew this year I would have to stay somewhere other than my Mom's house for the Holidays. I really needed the space (both physically and mentally) to unwind after a hectic year. As a New Yorker I was craving a waterfront, private home, with no shared walls, and fresh air. In this economy I assumed I was out of luck and became a bit discouraged. When stumbled upon Fernando's listing, it seemed too good to be true. My arrival was delayed because my partner had become very sick suddenly, and I had let Fernando know just to keep him in the loop. Immediately he offered a refund for the night I was going to miss - unprompted. His hospitality was unmatched even before I arrived. Im a very meticulous person and I can honestly say that the home itself and every detail was perfection. The pictures are lovely, but its even better in person - big, open, airy, bright, labeled, and fully stocked. Ill be back as often possible. Thank you!

We had another magical year at Debbie’s cozy, beautiful cabin! It’s clear this cabin is very loved in all the care and details Debbie puts into it. She has everything you need for a cozy, fun, and restorative stay on the lake! We met some more friendly neighbors on the private beach this year, but mostly had it all to ourselves. We got to explore almost the entire lake on the kayaks, swam off of different islands, and even went to a boat-in movie on the lake! The loon family is living in the cove this year, so every morning we could watch them feeding and snuggling in the water, and every night was filled with their haunting calls. We watched a movie during a rainy day and counted falling stars from the deck during a meteor shower. This side of the lack is especially still and quiet - highly recommend getting out on the water at sunrise and sunset to enjoy that magic. Truly a gem of a spot, and we can’t wait to come back next year!
