The bright 55 m² two-room apartment has a bedroom with double bed (1.60 m wide), closet, desk and chair, a bright open living room with a very comfortable sofa bed (1.55 m wide - spring core), a top-equipped kitchen with fridge, coffee machine and oven, a modern bathroom with shower and washer-dryer, and a balcony. The studio offers space for up to 4 people. Wifi and a television are also included. Thanks to its central location, cafés and restaurants are within walking distance. The same applies to pharmacies and supermarkets. Ravensburg train station is only 900 meters or a 12-minute walk away. From the living room you can see the Green Tower - one of the towers of the city of Ravensburg. Lake Constance is approx. 25 km away (30 minutes by car). Enjoy this very modern and bright apartment in the very best location for your next stay/holiday. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. A baby travel cot from BabyBjörn and a high chair can be provided for use on request. Our vacation home is located on the uppermost edge of the slope above the Schussental with views over the cityscape of Ravensburg and the vineyard. It is the “swallow's nest” – a small spot on the city map of Ravensburg that tells a special story. We have preserved the former "laundry house" in which diapers were once washed for the children's home that was located there at the time, and have lovingly restored it to its former glory.
