The cottage is located on the shore of Lake Siljan. Possibility of forest walks, swimming, skiing, berry picking or just relaxing. Quiet, child-friendly and only one neighbor. There is a swimming dock/floating dock down by the boat shed. 10 km to Mora and 30 km to Rättvik. To Nusnäs, the Dala horse production, it is about 4 km. To Orsa Grönklitt it takes about 30 minutes by car. The cottage has a wonderful veranda where you can sit and eat and enjoy the view. BBQ available. The hygiene area is in a separate cabin.

The accommodation is located with a fantastic proximity and view of Siljan and right next door is a fantastic swimming area, Persborgsbrygga. Here you also live with a proximity to Rättvik city center, about 2.5 km away. Between the house and Siljan, there is a busy train track, trains pass daily and you notice it for a few seconds. The bedrooms are located in the other direction, nothing noticeable when you stay in the bedrooms.

Ombyggt uthus med 2 sovrum, kök och badrum med dusch. Tillgång till uteplats. Det ligger på sluttningen ner mot Siljan med vacker utsikt. 5 minuters promenad till centrum och bad. Närhet till bussen som går till Dalhalla. Trappen till sovrummen på övervåningen är ganska brant och lämpar sig inte för barn och personer med rörelsesvårigheter. Med andra ord, inte ett handikappanpassat boende.. Rökfritt.

Furnished cabin, no electricity and water. Simple kitchen with small gas refrigerator, gas stove and water tank. Stove with plate. Outdoor toilet and private dock. Double bed on the sleeping loft and bunk bed that is best suited for children on the lower floor. Nice view of the lake. Eka is available to borrow. Duvets and pillows are available, but bed linen can be added for SEK 25/set.
