The house is amazing-cozy and quirky in the best way, as well as very very clean and organized. Have stayed here four times and am booked for stays 5 and 6 later this year!

Spent two nights here - perfect midway point between Great Sand Dunes NP and Denver! Space was clean, comfortable and easy to find.

Such a sweet spot. Really pretty inside. So comfortable with a well appointed kitchen. Zenda’s special touch of fruit and goodies made us feel so welcome and made our roadtrip easy! The location is central to an amazing little downtown area. Loved it!

We feel so lucky to have found this house for our visit to Great Sand Dunes National Park. The drive to the park is 12 minutes and you can see the dunes and the mountains from the house. The house itself is huge and the hosts thought of literally everything as far as house instructions, amenities, and comfy touches. It really felt like we had our own little slice of the world. If you're coming to the area and this place is available it would be a mistake not to book. Thank you, Amanda & Sarah!

So comfortable. It had everything needed and more. Best B&B we have ever stayed at. So peaceful and homey. Loved it. It was a beautiful home.

Daisy was a quaint little place, with plenty of room for 2 - 4 people. It had nice decor and with the frosted lower windows, plenty of privacy from neighbors but allowed excellent sunlight in!! It was a quick drive to downtown to see the local restaurants and shops!! I highly recommend 1 of Janice's bungalows Daisy or Lucy!

We loved this place. There were 6 of us. We all had our own bathrooms and the house was right on the golf course. Had a beautiful view! Loved seeing the deer walking thru the course. Outside patios were awesome sitting by fire and looking at stars. Overall, it was convenient, clean, spacious, and exactly as described. This is def one of our fav places thus far.

The perfect cabin for a group getaway! A group of ten of us spent the weekend here and it was absolutely perfect. So much space to hang out, awesome game room, great kitchen for cooking and beautiful views. Host was super responsive and provided very clear instructions for everything. We already want to plan our next trip and stay here again.

Really beautiful cabin near a lovely lake - and PERFECT for a holiday skiing/snowboarding! The cabin seemed overpriced, especially since they add an extra dog fee on top of the extremely high cleaning fee... and there wasn't really much hot water to accommodate more than 1 shower. But I can't deny that it's a really nice property that is in an amazing location, and we appreciate being able to bring our pup along for our trip!

AMAZING MOUNTAIN VIEWS We spent some wonderful days at this mountain retreat. The house was just perfect for our family and we decided to rent the downstairs for the grandkids. GREAT -they loved playing downstairs almost as much as being outside were there was always plenty of action. House was comfy and those views! We cooked and loved the terrace lounging inthe comfortable wooden Adirondack chairs around the firepit (we didn't turn it on) but it was nice to just see the different types of birds (My wife is an avid bird watcher and she said there were so many) Then there were all the humming birds not shy at all. In the mornings the deer came right up to the house to feed but even better we got to see an Elk being born right before our eyes! It was in the woods that are part of the property. Overall an incredible time and we will definitely be back. We loved this place and the responsiveness of the host. We travel a lot and stay in different Airbnbs this one made a difference

Casa de Reeg was perfect for our family's winter getaway! It was very spacious and beautiful. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our time in Angel Fire. It was very cold during our stay and appreciated the heated flooring!

Easy to get to stores, restaurants and ski slope., very private, beautiful view, easy to hike in area, fun to see wild life deer and elk, great accommodations in cabin, with lots of space for big families, lots of games and entertainment to include (3) TV’s in the home., and wi fi access was great. Thankyou for our second great visit to your wonderful cabin.

Great Place!! Loved the remote location and worked well for our family of 4 + dog! Kids loved the loft area and we all loved the space to roam and explore! Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils and place settings for 8+! Check-in was smooth as the code was set all we had to do was show up! Erin has the right approach to her place...No Pet Fee, No Guest Fee and No chores! we loved having dinner on the patio enjoying the crisp mountain air and we saw plenty of wildlife in the neighborhood! I would recommend Erin's place to anyone!!

This place was the perfect getaway sanctuary from the big city hustle and bustle for a quiet weekend trip in the beautiful mountain scenery. The condo is well-appointed, matches the description, and just steps away from the trails of San Isabel National Forest, which was so serene to walk through with my spouse and furbaby. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy getaway! Hosts were super responsive, informative and easy to deal with as well to reduce the travel angst. :-)

Great stay in a beautiful location! It was peaceful and had camping basics.

Great place, great hosts, and great location for visiting the sand dunes! Cute cabin just outside "downtown" Fort Garland. Well appointed for us with convenient access to Great Sand Dunes National Park, Alamosa CO which does have a few more restaurants, and the Sand Dunes Recreation hot spring pool and greenhouse. Let me tell you, the pool was a highlight even considering how incredible sledding down the sand dunes was, and how beautiful the property and views where the cabin is set. If you're on the fence for some reason, just book it! You won't be disappointed. If you plan to sled the dunes, rent local and don't bring something in my from Walmart. Heed the rental CO's instructions, especially on waxing, for the best and fastest ride. We loved everything so much more than we even expected to and we'll be looking to come back in the fall and either stay here again or in one of this host's other places.

We enjoyed our stay, great setup. The only thing I would like to express is that I received notification (complaint) about my dogs barking, noted there were other dogs around the area and yes my dogs bark however in my opinion it was normal for being outdoors, and it wasn't a constant dark. So if you have dogs that bark and children who are excited about being in nature I would consider asking what time is no noise allowed. FYI Daisy our dog dark a couple of times before 8 pm, other than this it was an amazing location and an attentive hostess.

We loved staying at the 1899 Inn. It’s right in town, spacious even with our big dog, and Anjilee was a great host.

Quiet, clean, comfortable and beautiful surroundings! Great place to stay if you are looking to visit the Sand Dunes. Friendly dogs who greet you each morning on your way out and love petting. Wonderful hosts! Private cozy space with all the basic amenities. Would stay again!

This is a great place to stay. Everyone felt the beds were particularly comfortable, the sheets and towels were nice and it was a very comfortable retreat. The setting is very peaceful.

Jennifer's Hummingbird Hideout was the perfect location for our fishing trip! The surrounding area was beautiful. The Hummingbird Hideout is also conveniently located near a small general store. We recommend anyone staying to pop in and say hello to Bill who runs the store. 5 stars!
