Cécile et Yannick vous accueilleront dans un environnement calme et paisible au cœur des vignes du Saumurois entre Brézé et Fontevraud-l'Abbaye. De nombreuses visites, activités et randonnées pédestres sont possibles aux alentours. (Châteaux, Center Parcs, sites troglodytes, vignerons, marchés..) un jardin privatif de 400 m² (balançoire, salon de jardin, barbecue) Parking sur la propriété

Gîte at Papy Félix

Maison entièrement rénovée avec 3 grandes chambres ( 3 lits doubles et 1 lit simple) Il y a une chambre au rez de chaussée et 2 autres à l’étage, une salle de bain et wc indépendant. Un coin salon avec tv et Netflix ainsi que canal satellite, et sa cuisine aménagée. A l’extérieur grande terrasse d’environ 80 m2 et petit coin cocooning à l’abri sur un terrain de 493 m2 avec places de parking. Je vous propose le linge de maison et des moyennes serviettes de toilette compris dans le tarif.

In Montsoreau, one of the "most beautiful villages" of France, amazing views, and small shops within walking distance; located between Saumur and Chinon! Famous castles, abbeyes, exceptional gardens, white, red and bubbly wineries, most of them within 10 to 60 min. The house is perfect for one or two couples, but can welcome 6 guests. Market every week, small grocery store, butcher, bakery, 4 restaurants in the village. Great antique market once a moth on the banks of the Loire.

Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

You will stay in the 14th part of the former home of the Abbesses' Seneschal of Justice. This independent apartment, completely restored by an architect, combines the charm of a historic building with contemporary comfort. From your private terrace, you can watch the sunsets over the abbey. You are located 20 m from the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud and its museum, as well as all the shops and restaurants in the village. The banks of the Loire are a 5-minute drive away.
