Monthly Rentals in Rašćane

We had a peaceful stay at Chiara's wonderful place. Instructions were thorough and we found our way there despite driving after the sunset. The mountain sights were especially spectacular. We enjoyed the privy and quiet countryside.

We were very happy with our stay. There were stairs to the beach, which was a nuisance at high temperatures, but it didn't take longer than 10 minutes. The view from the deck was insane! The rooms had everything you needed. Everything worked flawlessly. Plus the availability of cleaning supplies, paper, and towels if needed. Ozren and his wife are a very hospitable and lovable marriage. We were given gifts, for which we are very grateful. We highly recommend staying in Podgora ! See you soon

The stay was excellent, the villa true to the photos, there is cleanliness, we have nothing to say everything was perfect a can far from makarska but finally the tranquility and the setting quickly make us forget the road. The small gesture of welcome with snack and local drink was super really generous. A perfect stay nothing was missing and the hosts we saw on our very pleasant departure. Rent without hesitation with your eyes closed.

We stayed for 1 month in May with 2 small kids and it was wonderful. Sara was very friendly and always responsive, even offered us fresh fish. The house was clean, with modern renovation, had everything needed, even electric grill on balcony, toaster, sandwich grill, etc. Igrane is a cute village, with nice promenade, beach just 3 minutes downstairs from the flat, restaurants and grocery store nearby. Larger supermarkets, shopping malls, playrooms are ca 20 min drive in Makarska. The only thing that was not so comfortable was that designated parking spot was a bit far, but in May we always found a place to park on the promenade close to the flat and there was a place to stop the car for quite close to the flat if more things had to be carried, so it was not a major issue. Overall, I would recommend this place.
