La casa sulla riva è uno spazioso e comodo appartamento sito sul mare in un elegante edificio degli anni'20 del secolo scorso. Due soli gradini lo separano dalla famosa spiaggia. E' stato appena completamente ristrutturato con moderne tecniche edilizie che lo rendono fresco e silenzioso. E' completamente climatizzato e dotato di ogni confort . La posizione appena rialzata permette di avere una ottima vista sul mare anche quando le cabine degli stabilimenti balneari di fronte vengono montate.

L'alloggio è situato nel centro di Villa Faraldi, un paesino tranquillo nell'entroterra Ligure. Gli arredi sono nuovi, è presente un letto matrimoniale un ampio salotto con camino, un tavolo da pranzo, cucina, bagno e una libreria attrezzata. La pace e il relax contraddistinguono la località. Villa FAraldi si trova a circa 7 km dalle spiagge. Si raggiunge mediante l'uscita autostradale di San Bartolomeo al Mare; la strada da percorrere è molto scorrevole. A 10 minuti dal mare in macchina. CITR 008019-AGR-0007 Casa Novaro ha tre appartamenti, è a 5 km dal centro di Imperia a 10 minuti, in macchina, dalle spiagge di Imperia e Diano Marina. L'appartamento è inserito in una villa all'interno di una piccola azienda agricola. Troverete particolarmente rilassante soggiornare a Casa Novaro perché pur essendo a pochi km dal centro è situato al riparo dal rumore, inserito in un ambiente naturale con una bellissima vista. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari e famiglie.

Lucinasco ist ein idyllisch gelegenes Bergdorf in Ligurien. Schon die Anreise durch üppige Olivenhaine ist eine grosse Freude. Die Herstellung von Olivenöl prägt das gesamte Dorfleben. Ein kleiner See liegt am Ortsausgang. Hängende Trauerweiden umsäumen das Ufer und eine alte Kapelle aus dem Mittelalter runden das Bild gut ab. Von Casa Vittoria hat man einen schönen Blick über die Olivenhaine auf die Kathedrale Santa Maddalena bis hin zum Meer. Ein Spaziergang dorthin lohnt sich allemal.

Välkommen till mitt charmiga byhus som ligger mitt i 1200-tals byn Apricale , 2 minuter från byns Piazza. Huset är byggt på höjden. Tre våningar med kök längst ner, vardagsrum på mellanplanet med bäddsoffa och utgång till balkong, högst upp vackert sovrum med underbar utsikt från franska balkonger. C era una volta,in un piccolo villaggio immerso nella pace e tra gli ulivi ,una casetta in pietra. Al piano terra una mangiatoia, al primo piano un fienile ed anche un essicatoio. Sono passati 300 anni e la casetta è ancora lì. Al piano terra una cucina ed il bagno.
