In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small ancillary building individually for ourselves, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of times gone by. Many things seem to us to be coherent, some are still in the process of becoming. Nix is standard. What is not yet considered by us and makes sense for guests, can usually be supplemented quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden at the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Family holidays in the "Hafenidyll am Peenestrom"

Welcome to the "Hafenidyll" on the Peenestrom, directly at the Rankwitz harbour with its own water access. It offers sleeping arrangements for 10 people in four bedrooms. In addition, an insulated and renovated construction trailer is available as an adventurous sleeping option for another 4 people in the garden. The living room with fireplace, the master bedroom and the kitchen with terrace are aligned to the water. In addition, there is a sauna, a playground and a swimming area in the garden of the property.

The spacious 35m² two-bedroom "SwanSuites" apartment offers not only the utmost comfort but also stylish luxury. The bungalow is lovingly furnished and has one bedroom, a summer kitchen on the terrace and a fireplace. In the garden there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

The apartment with 80m² is located on a 1000 m² large and separate recreational property in a central location opposite the "Luna Park". The Peenestrom is only about 50 m away (bathing area about 1.6 km). The house was completely renovated in the years 2021 to 2022 and newly equipped with high-quality furniture. * Other listings can also be booked for the other apartment on the ground floor (100m² for 6 pers. + 2x extra bed) and the entire house (2 WE).

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

Our small guest house in the garden is also a small gallery, a bit of a large Tini house, and it was once a small stable, the outer walls of which are also preserved, until almost 80 years ago. Since then, it has served as a guest residence. Inside, everything is very modern and has underfloor heating. It is very important to mention the loft bed, there is only one double loft bed to sleep in... if this is too difficult, you cannot be our guest...

Cars can park for free in some parking spaces in the old town, all within walking distance - see photo. The Bäderbahn runs not far from the apartment to the island of Usedom, as well as bus connections.
