The living room with fireplace, the master bedroom and the kitchen with terrace face the water. There is also a sauna, a playground and a swimming area in the garden of the property.

The Peenestrom is only about 50 m away (swimming area about 1.6 km). The house was completely renovated in 2021 to 2022 and newly equipped with high-quality furniture. *Bookings for the individual apartments can also be made via other listings.
