Located in a cul-de-sac, this apartment is at the front of the property and enjoys extensive views from both balconies. Private stairs from street level take you to a bright open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The area opens to a large balcony with a gas barbecue. Another staircase takes you to an equally bright airy master suite. The modern bathroom has a shower, large spa bath and double sinks. There is a television on each level and a Sonos sound system throughout.

The sparkling clean unit welcomes up to 4 guests, and is a great base to explore gorgeous Coogee, with dazzling beaches, top restaurants, shops and fun coastal activities. It’s a quick 8 minutes walk to the popular Coogee beach, and a short 20 mins bus/car ride to Sydney city/CBD.

If you are checking in after 8pm its no problems but just advise me because it is your responsibility for the unit as check in time starts at 1pm. If you don’t advise me keys will be taken out and it will be your responsibility From the 19th of May to the 8th of June minimum stay is 10 days. Little green paradise

Close to iconic Coogee Beach (a 15-minute walk) but even closer to the hip bars, cafes and cinema of 'The Spot' in Randwick. This one-bedroom apartment is comfy and quiet with a leafy outlook. It has lots of natural light, high ceilings, large windows and a galley-style kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom is clean but in original condition. There is a desk but no dining table. It's downhill from the street so there quite a lot of steps. This is my home so expect my personal touches.
