Holiday rentals with beach access in Randwick

Fantastic location, handy to the beach and easy walking distance to Bondi shopping precinct, restaurants and buses. Comfortable bed, quiet location and apartment complex. Downstairs lounge area was cosy and good place to chill out after a coastal walk, swim or sight seeing. Claude provided a thorough orientation to the apartment and recommended great restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Wendy and Claude go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome, e.g. provided fresh bread, eggs, butter and milk. Cannot fault it and highly recommend staying at this venue.

Comfy and cozy! I had a really relaxing stay at John and Becki’s! The space would be great for a long stay and was excellent for a short one, with a full kitchen, fridge and dishwasher setup. For singles, It’s hard getting the luggage up the stairs by yourself so if you have heavy bags keep that in mind. I left one of my bags on the stairs and only carried one the rest of the way. The place was immaculately clean and the house rules were very easy to follow. I appreciate how simple and easy John and Becki’s instructions made it to get there, understand the parking and what was required for checkout. Would 100% stay here again :) Thanks John and Becki!

Our stay at Shane's apartment was excellent! Shane was helpful and responsive from the get go and directions/check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was clean, tidy and homey, with all the essential amenities and more. The Parsley Bay area was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and peaceful surrounds. It is an easy walk to Watson's Bay for seafood or a ferry ride--bus stop right outside the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend staying here to others and can't wait to return.

Clay was very accommodating and I felt very at home during my stay. The location was quiet and comfortable and Clay was very proactive in making sure my stay was stress-free (during a stressful time)! Highly recommend!

We have been traveling to Coogee for years and thought this location was perfect - close to the beach, main street and Gordons Bay. Julie was friendly and very helpful! An excellent location for a stay alone or if you are coming as a couple! Very close proximity to the beaches and short drive to Balmoral baths! I enjoy fishing so being able to go to a location like Balmoral baths for fishing was truly an amazing experience for me! Would love to be back again in the future!

Very well maintained apartment in a great location. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, with useful extras such as toilet rolls, tea and coffee also provided. The location is peaceful, at the back of a small block of apartments and is an easy walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants and bus stops. Yes it is up a steep hill, but unless you are right on the beach everywhere in Coogee is up a hill! Olena was very helpful and responsive to any queries we had.

Lovely home close to Bondi Junction, perfect location for shopping and lots of eating out options nearby. Nice and clean with all of the amenities, and a lovely outdoor space to relax in. Our daughter loved the bedroom in the loft too. Amelia was a great host, and provided us with plenty of local information.

We had a wonderful weekend away in Peters beautiful apartment. Beautiful places to watch a sunrise, walking distance from local cafes and shops. We would love to come back some day!

Location, location, location! Charlotte’s place in Tamarama is an absolute gem. It has everything you could possibly need, with the most spectacular views and what truly feels like your own private beach. The home is spacious, super comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing stay. Charlotte was incredibly accommodating she made our late check-in seamless and was so helpful throughout. I was in town working on a film, Victoria is amazing and The Place! Gorgeous..you get your quiet beautiful view of the ocean and surfers. You can walk over and have a delicious meal or cocktail. I hope to come back, beautiful stay.

We felt right at home. Claudia has every convenience for a week long stay. Great kitchen and peaceful neighborhood for sleeping. It was an easy walk directly down beach road to the stunning bondi beach. Cute cafes and terrific Harris Farms grocery close by.

Glen’s place was in a great location, and he was kind enough to let me check in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated. It’s very easy to get to from the airport, and there are lots of cute cafes and dining spots in the area. I hadn’t explored this side of Sydney before and truly enjoyed discovering it. The space is small but ideal for a solo traveller or a couple who plans to spend most of their time out and doesn’t need to cook much beyond tea or a sandwich. While it’s an interior studio and faces a wall -it is surrounded by beautiful plants, including a lovely monstera, so it feels quite private and green. The washing machine is a fantastic perk, and although there are occasional announcements from the nearby centre, I didn’t find them disruptive. The only things I would tweak are the gap between the bed and the wall, which makes it a bit less comfortable when sitting up, and the lighting—I would have liked a stronger light source. Perfect for a short stay.

Dianne’s apartment was really great. It is in a great location for Balmoral Beach and Mosman surrounds. It is really spacious and comfortable. Dianne had excellent communication and was responsive to any questions and messages throughout the stay. Will be recommending this place to any visitors in the future as it ticked all the boxes, and more. Thank you Dianne!

This Airbnb is a perfect location for seeing Sydney. You can connect to any part of the city from the bus stop adjacent to the rental. The rental itself was great - everything was clean and the rental was well equipped with everything needed for a week's stay.

Amazing location we stayed last minute for one night in Bondi. Perfect for couple. You couldn’t get closer to the ocean and literally next to Bondi Icebergs. We will def be back.
