Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Randolph County

We used Brian’s place for a staff retreat and had a great experience. Our team loved the place, and Brian was great to deal with.

A gorgeous accommodation! We booked this lake house as a business retreat for our office employees. We needed a 2-day retreat to reflect on 2024 and plan for the new year. This was perfect with the layout of all the bedrooms, bathrooms, space for meeting, and an industrial kitchen to prepare all of our meals together. It was just the retreat we needed! The house was decorated nicely with a cozy and clean feel. Even though it was winter on the lake, the views were still beautiful!

Sally was very responsive to our needs. The house was as described and she had very reasonable check-in and check-out hours. Enjoyed our weekend in her home!

What can I say about a place like this except just amazing! The scenery, the house, the porch and the vacation I needed. I went to the races in Talladega then hosted a small get together for the crew chief and a few of the pit crew guys and the place accommodated it perfectly. If your looking to relax and just be at peace this is a wonderful and amazing spot. I even went and bought a fishing pole and got a little fishing in. I Hope to do it again in the near future. Very nice place to stay, plenty of space for all guests. Host checked in often just to make sure everything was good. Beautiful lake view with nice back yard for hosting your guests. Will definitely be back.

We recently stayed at a lovely Airbnb in Wedowee, Alabama, during the Talladega race weekend. This was our first visit to the area, and we were thrilled to find a place that offered both proximity to the race and a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The house exceeded our expectations. The pictures online do not do justice to the beautiful landscaping and serene lake views. It was truly magnificent, secluded, and provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed; we just had to bring our clothes. The kitchen had all necessary utensils and appliances for cooking meals, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the excellent communication from our host, Jeff. He provided clear instructions that made check-in seamless. We loved the seclusion and comfort of the house so much that we wished we could have stayed longer.

My Husband and I host his for a yearly getaway and this was the perfect location. There was plenty of room, lots of activities and very private. We can’t wait to go back next year!!! Well worth the cost.

We had a phenomenal stay celebrating our daughter’s graduation from Auburn at Crescent Place. The house is HUGE, tons of stuff to do and we enjoyed all of it. Super peaceful location right on the lake. We especially enjoyed fishing, playing games at the massive table, and s’mores at the fire pit. We stayed with a large group and never felt cramped at all. Plenty of personal space and plenty of group space. Kelly was a fantastic host, she was very responsive and such a pleasure to work with. She really goes above and beyond to make your stay the best it can possibly be. Kitchen and grill area is of ample size to cook for large groups, to include 2 full size refrigerators to store all the necessary items. We would 100% love to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone, especially larger groups who want a peaceful stay with plenty of space to entertain. 5+ Stars for location and host.

Daine Lodge was absolute perfection! Vicky and James are the bests hosts I’ve ever experienced. The place was exactly as depicted/described. The home had everything we could possibly need. The neighbors were friendly as well. The views are beautiful and so serene. We got up early to watch all the birds - I highly recommend. And being in a secluded area of the lake was perfect for our boys. We can’t wait to go back!

I enjoyed my stay and will be back again. Its quiet, private and peaceful. Frank is a great host and responds promptly to any of your needs.

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday while visiting family. The property is better than the pictures. Keurig with some pods provided. Fully equipped kitchen, great linens, and a peaceful setting, far back from the road. The unit is clean and bright. The decor is calming and not cluttered. Good price for a holiday stay, and Kerri was amazing! She was very responsive and helpful. She also has a book with relevant information and local places that deliver. Having said that, DoorDash did not have a hard time finding us. Just a hint here and not at all a complaint. Apple Maps does not bring you directly to the address. Use Google maps instead. It brought us right to the driveway with no problem. Apple Maps had us driving back roads that didn’t lead to the address. Kerri warned us that this sometimes happened, so another kudos for that! Would 100% stay again. I probably will, actually. My family lives close by.

This place is like a little diamond in the rough! The location was perfect for our event that was being held at McIntosh Reserve. It was easy it was to find, check in, settle in & just enjoy the peacefulness of the property. It took us less than 5 minutes to get to the big fields in the park & it was a great place to come back and get a good Night's rest. Especially when heavy storm came in!! The washer & dryer was great & I was able to pack all clean clothes to go home. There was coffee, all the things we needed in the kitchen, soap/shampoo in the bathroom, plenty of towels. WiFi was super fast & we were able to watch some shows at night on the streaming channels. I can't say how perfect this little apartment was for me & my daughter. It is a smaller type space so it isn't for a large group or multi family, but perfect for a husband & wife or like me & my daughter. But, the best part of the whole experience for us was Oskar, the yellow lab! We just loved him.

Hands Down the Best Airbnb Experience I've Ever Had! This was truly the best place I've ever stayed. From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly responsive and kind. The property itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed — but what really made it special was the thoughtful service. When I arrived, they had left two bottles of water and some chocolates as a thank-you for my military service. That small gesture meant so much and really set the tone for the rest of the stay. Everything about this experience exceeded expectations — the location, the cleanliness, the comfort, and especially the hospitality. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels like more than just a stay, book this one. You won’t regret it.

We had a great family get together here. Plenty of space for the six of us, rented a boat and used the brand new dock, which was great! Used the paddle boards and tube! Lots of sun. Fire pit was awesome. Played ping pong, watched a movie, tried the karaoke machine but didn’t work great for us. Top bedroom air conditioner was a bit noisy, but earplugs were provided! Had to contact Chris only once for a question and he responded very quickly! Great host, great house.

Great cabin just down the street from west point lake. Best part you are on the road to the boat ramp. The cabin looks just like the pictures. It was very comfortable and hosts were very accommodating. I loved that it was pet friendly.

This was my second stay at Shane's cabin on the lake, and it has quickly become one of my favorite places to stay. While it’s off the beaten path, that’s part of the charm—it makes for a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This was my first time visiting during this season, and there were quite a few mosquitoes, so if you plan to spend time outdoors, be sure to come prepared. Other than that, there’s very little to complain about. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook, just make sure to pick up groceries on your way in. The living area is cozy and comfortable, and considering how remote the location is, the WiFi connection is surprisingly strong. One last bonus is the washer and dryer in the cabin, which is great to have during longer stays. I’ll definitely be back again if it's available in the winter, and I truly can't recommend it enough.

Lauren's place was pretty much just as advertised. She was quick to answer any questions. The house was a little more secluded than we had expected. We felt very secure. It was extremely easy to find just two quick turns off the interstate.

Great cabin off the beaten path. Matt was super responsive before our stay, I had questions about parking with full size truck and boat trailer, it’s tight but nothing a weekly boater can’t handle backing in. Boat slip and double decker dock is great, it fit my 21’ Chaparral with a wakeboard tower just fine. The jacuzzi works good , it just takes a few hours to heat, that’s completely normal for hot tubs. Great view of the lake. Comfortable beds , pillows, and linens. Internet worked great. We really liked the home and will stay again.

Me my husband and our 3 month old baby girl enjoyed our stay at the sunflower cabin! Cyndi had a pack and play, rocking chair and baby toys which was extremely convenient for us! The location was very peaceful and remote, just what we needed. The cabin was very clean and well decorated, we had an amazing weekend!

This is a beautiful cabin in a beautiful setting. I would stay here again and again. Every detail is thought out. The huge screened in porches with comfy furniture make even the rainy days fun.
