Experience the unusual architecture that Taos is famous for in this charming, light-filled geodesic dome. This beautiful, artistic space is located 3 miles NE of town, with easy access to all areas of Taos-The Gorge Bridge, Taos Pueblo, Taos Ski Valley, The Plaza, and Hiking. Open sky walking trail out the door! It is about 12 minutes from downtown.
“Really cool space in a magical location! Very cozy and charmingly decorated, with a wonderful tub to soak in after our hike in Taos Ski Valley. We enjoyed the full beauty of the night sky out on the Mesa, and an easy night's rest in the comfortable bed. Check-in was easy and Nina left clear instructions and we enjoyed having the place to ourselves. Would definitely recommend!”
Sway in an indoor hammock in a wide open, light-filled space. This period adobe was originally the dance studio of renowned flamenco artist, Maria Benitez. Today it's been reimagined as a semi-rustic, romantic getaway in a private park-like setting.
“Casita Benitez is absolutely beautiful. The place is immaculate and highly thought out. I highly recommend this stay and look forward to visiting again. Justin provided me with lots of recommendations of places to eat, hike, see, etc. Easy to communicate with and very kind.”
Gorgeous mountain views and all of the comforts of home greet you in this beautiful 1954 Silver Dome travel trailer located just minutes from town and the area's outdoor and culinary attractions. Enjoy a full bedroom, bathroom (with new plumbing finally!), kitchen and living room with a mid-century aesthetic and inviting fenced yard.
“Amy’s yellow submarine is truly a magical place! We stayed for nearly a full week, working remotely some days and hiking on others and found the place perfect! Wifi worked great even though the location feels remote. The trailer is so well appointed - it has everything you could need (even a perfectly stocked kitchen!) and it does it in the most stylish way. I wish Amy could interior design my house! We also brought our dog, Moose, who loved Maxine and hanging out on the trailer patio watching for bunnies. But truly, Amy was an excellent host - easy to communicate with and very welcoming. The trailer is full of resources and recommendations for exploring Taos but we could also text Amy with a quick question as well. We didn’t explore much of Taos proper because of COVID but I loved reading through her recommendations regardless and will have to come back in safer times! The place is a great value (3x the magic for a third of the price of el cosmico - for those familiar) and we would love to come back with friends and rent both trailers on the patio. Highly recommend for those seeking a short visit or longer accommodations.”
