Amazing Airbnb, was my 3rd stay! Very clean and comfortable. My go to place when I’m in LA!

My family of 4 absolutely loved staying here for the four nights. It was super clean, extremely well stocked, and comfortable. Not to mention the pool and jacuzzi, the view and the peace and quiet! We would without hesitation book here again! Camille was so nice and communicative we felt like we were staying at a friend’s house.

Place was great ! Very peaceful, relaxing and cozy! I’m glad i was able to book this gem , i want to stay again but it’s fully booked for next month when im in town again sadly.

Great area. Safe, pretty neighborhood. Convenient to area attractions while being out of the city. Kitchenette equipped enough to make simple meals. Many sleeping options for families. Good home base for exploring LA. Thank you!

Place was an amazing stay. The area was nice and quiet. Entrance to the place was very easy and the place has a pool and outdoor patio with a fire pit which was amazing! Beds and sheets were very comfortable and soft with an AC available. The room has a complimentary coffee station which was amazing!!! The place was clean and aesthetic! Highly suggest this place!

Great place and location, even better than looks and described online. A lot of nice touches to make it "cozy" and welcoming. The birds in yard are wonderful to hear especially in the morning. I will definitely stay again in future.

I have over 70 reviews on the platform and this is by far one of my top stays, if not my top stay. All was as advertised - located in a safe neighborhood, private, tranquil and surrounded gorgeous gardens, pristine accommodations and gracious hosts. I'm currently adjusting my holidays to return for another stay. Highly recommend.

First time in california and felt right at home. There’s so much to do around the area and we visited LA frequently throughout our stay. Sarah was super sweet and friendly, she let us drop off our luggage earlier than our check in time and gave us a mini tour of the beautiful guesthouse along with its amenities. We felt super comfortable and right at home. 10/10 would highly recommend.

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

We had an amazing time staying at Graciela’s place! It was perfect for our family — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described (if not better!). Graciela was very welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and we loved exploring the area! While we give Karen's place 5 stars, we would give more if there was the option! The studio is thoughtfully decorated with every detail. It is clear that she put her heart into decorating the unit. It is also pristine clean. The kitchen is well appointed and easy to prepare meals if you wish. The unit's bright lighting and view of the gardens make for a pleasant, peaceful stay. The neighborhood is amazing and we enjoyed walking to take in the architecture and landscaping. The location is ideal to many SoCal attractions. Finally, Karen is an amazing host. She is a responsive and accommodating communicator. She anticipates your every need.

*AN ABSOLUTE MUST-STAY!* Booked Dana’s place for a relaxing getaway with my wife for our anniversary, and we loved every minute of our stay! The little guest house is tucked away right up against a mountain side and is so incredibly peaceful and serene that it’s easy to forget you’re mere minutes away from fantastic restaurants and a vibrant downtown scene. Dana was extremely responsive and patient, answering all our questions and ensuring we had a wonderful stay! We will absolutely be staying here again the next time we visit!

Had such an amazing couple days at Kaitlynn’s. Everything is just as seen in the pictures. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend!

This stay was very comfortable and felt like I was right at home. We stayed the night after a long day at Disneyland and the shower and bathroom were amazing. The linens were very soft and comfortable. The coffee machine was a plus! We loved staying here and will definitely book again when we visit again. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

The loft is clean and spacious. The interior layout is quite unique and well organized. Host is very responsive and friendly. We were there for my kid’s graduation which starts at 6pm. She allowed us to stay in property until late afternoon. Considering the hot weather in riverside, this extended stay is super nice! We definitely consider staying here next time

Perfect in every way. This was one of our favorite Airbnb stays ever. Clean, quiet, private, and situated in beautiful surroundings. And gracious and responsive hosts who have provided all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Faisal's attention to detail in his property is rare, in our experience, and very much appreciated.

We stayed at Guadalupe’s place for 10 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was impeccably clean, thoughtfully furnished, and tucked away just enough to provide a peaceful escape from the busy pace of Los Angeles. In our opinion, the location was ideal—quiet and safe, yet conveniently situated for getting anywhere we needed to go. Guadalupe and her co-hosts were communicative, accommodating, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. This was truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again on our next trip to LA.

The Airbnb was cozy and a vacation in itself. The host were extremely helpful. I am beyond grateful for our experience here. I would definitely love to rent here again. Their home was beautiful. The ambiance of their yard is such a beautiful experience (especially at night). Their dogs were so sweet and adorable. Would 100% recommend!!

4 of us stayed at the house and found the house well stocked with what we needed - body wash, shampoo, hair dryer, extra towels, kitchenware, coffee maker. A/C is a mini split only in the common areas but it was cool enough at night that leaving the bedroom doors partway open and/or cracking a window open was sufficiently cool. JFYI bed mattresses are on the softer side and shower water pressure isn't the strongest but overall we enjoyed our stay!

David’s place was amazing! Right off the freeway easy to get to. I definitely recommend David’s place to anyone that needs a peaceful and quaint loft to rest and relax at

I travel to California every year to spend time with my children who live in Riverside, and this is the 3rd time I have rented this place, which is beautiful and extraordinary. I feel at home and the owners have become like my family. I love this place and I will gladly return there every time I visit the USA. What an absolutely beautiful home, and just a short walk from the beach and any number of restaurants and shops! Jimmy was extremely responsive, helpful, and welcoming. This was such a gorgeous haven for our honeymoon and we couldn't have been happier.
