Nice house in fantastic mountain environment

Nice mountain house with great views over Rödfjället. Perfect accommodation for the family, there is also space for children's friends or two families. The bedrooms are located on two floors and in the loft there is an extra toilet as well as a small living room with TV. Ski tracks, hiking and bike trail go just behind the house. Nice fishing in the area and close to Tänndalssjön for swimming. About ten minutes by car to Tänndalen's downhill skiing and to Funäsdalen. Close to ski bus. Walking distance to Skarvruets mountain hotel.

At the top of the hill overlooking Skarvarna is this state-of-the-art mountain lodge completed June 2022 with sun all day. The location is optimal for those who seek variety and want to go to different places during their stay as it is about 20 minutes to both Bruksvallarna and Fjällnäs. There are mountain biking trails below the area towards Funäsdalen/Bruksvallarna. It is about 30 minutes (2,5km) to walk to Funäsdalens Centrum. Charge the electric car by the house, cook in the new kitchen and enjoy with a view of the mountains.

In winter it is hundreds of meters to the lift and to Lill-Ramis for the little ones. The length tracks out in the Nordic Ski Center system are located nearby. In summer you have Ljusnan and several walking and biking trails below the house. The summer lift that lets you whizz downhill on mountain bikes and the beautiful 9-hole golf course at Ljusnan are just as close. Own parking with engine heater.
