The apartment is newly renovated, partly newly furnished (e.g. kitchenette). Large south-facing balcony with magnificent panoramic views of the Ramsau mountains. Hiking opportunities directly from the house. We are happy to provide tips. Important: Tourist tax €3.10/pers. + overnight stay (children, 7-16 years: €1.55) must be paid extra on site.

The old mill in beautiful nature overlooking the mountains has been lovingly renovated and with its 120 m² of living space comfortably accommodates 6 people. The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, secluded terrace and a wild romantic garden by the stream. On the first floor there is a well-equipped country house kitchen, living room with fireplace, large dining table, cozy large sofa and TV corner.
