Holiday rentals with a patio in Ramsau bei Berchtesgaden

Lovely location, friendly and helpful host

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

It was just a dream! Two separate bedrooms, each with a bathroom, make it possible for 4 adults to stay without losing privacy. The kitchen with lots of accessories (and great adjustable armchairs!) was great for eating and cooking together. The outdoor area invited you to linger in the sun. Christa and Helmut were super nice and also had nice hiking ideas for us.

The holiday was excellent from start to finish. We immediately felt at home in the apartment. The cleanliness and the very good condition of the apartment let you enjoy the holiday from the first second. And the friendly and helpful landlords are the icing on the cake. They were always there to help us with advice and action and in the evening they also took their private time for a cosy chat. Dear Melanie, thank you very much for the great care during our holiday. WOW!!!! If you were to stay in Hallstatt, this is the place! On the water, beautifully appointed and beyond perfect. Our host Christina was always responsive and the place was immaculate, we can’t thank her enough for the information and the absolute perfection of our stay.

This bnb was convenient to Salzburg yet also had a secluded and private feel to it. Only a few km from Salzburg, this spacious rental was large enough for my family of 5. The property backed up to a beautiful forest and creek. Bea was a great host, giving local recommendations, clear check in instructions, and responded promptly to any needs we had.

Stunning gourmet for the senses. High mountains, lakes, historical places, friendly locale! It doesn’t get much better.

We felt very comfortable in Maria Alm. The apartment is very nicely furnished, spacious and has a great sun terrace. The landlords are very nice and gave us excellent advice on our excursion considerations. The centre and a grocery store are within walking distance. For our car, there was a parking space directly at the house. In general, we found the included Hochkönig card to be very positive, with which you can use lifts and buses free of charge. Furthermore, the maps available in the apartment are very helpful.

Great accommodation. Top location. We can only recommend it.

Had a great short stay! The apartment is centrally located in Kaprun, so you can quickly get anywhere on foot as well as by bus (ski rental, hiking trails, bike paths, Tauerntherme, town center with shops and restaurants). The apartment and also the garden area are at the same time lovingly designed and we felt very comfortable with Nina and her family.

A quiet, peaceful, comfortable cottage near a small farm, the place has a lot of charm and a rustic feel to it. You can see the Austrian alps from the living room window. We felt very safe and secluded here, and there’s ample room for 1-2 cars. Josef and Helga, our hosts, made us feel very welcome right from the start. The village is walkable, and offers a couple of restaurants and a live theatre, and is less than 1/2 hour drive from Salzburg and all that this lovely, historical city has to offer. Whether your interests are hiking, history, museums, castles or even a 500 year old salt mine, this home in Holzhausen is a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed Barbara's stay. Upon arrival, Barbara was ready to welcome us. The apartment had exactly what we needed and the surroundings were beautiful! Certainly subject to repetition.

Fantastic stay right on Lake Mattsee – highly recommended! We were very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful house on Lake Mattsee, and it was just fantastic. The location is unbeatable – right on the lake with breathtaking views that delight every morning. The place was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and superbly appointed so we didn't miss anything. Herbert welcomed us warmly and was an attentive, friendly host who was always available for questions. Thank you, Herbert, for this unforgettable holiday! We will be happy to come back.

The residence is very wonderful and indescribable. If you want to live in a wonderful residence, you have to stay in Johan's apartment. Everything is close to you and you can enjoy the breathtaking views in front of the apartment. Johan and his wife are very wonderful people. Johan will make you feel that you are in your home. I asked him about some snowy peaks and he brought me a paper with all the available peaks to visit. He is a wonderful person. Inevitably when I return to Austria, I will live in Johan's apartment.

The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage

Place is very nice and cozy tucked in a nice and quite location. We only stayed for a night and it went very well. Christian is very responsive and is available for any questions. We liked the place even though it was short. Would recommend.

We felt very comfortable with Rainer. We were greeted super friendly and Rainer had some tips for us in Schliersee. If we had any questions, Rainer was always very quick to reach and actively supported us. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Schliersee, there are very nice walks and hiking trails in the area. The apartment is very quiet and also has a nice balcony. View of the garden, from which you can even see mountains. We will be back!

Wonderful, responsive hostess. Bea’s apartment is cozy and chic. Apartment was clean and well equipped for our 9 day stay. Bed was comfortable. The apartment is in a private home, situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Wonderful views of the mountains. Salzburg is a quaint town where the locals are friendly and the surroundings mountains are magnificent and the nearby lakes are emerald green. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

Wow and wow !! Everything was perfect! I have never enjoyed an apartment or hotel like this in my entire life. It is hard to imagine the level of size, precision, cleanliness, order, abundance and view, technology.. It made the vacation even more unforgettable. Thank you very much for everything. Great place. Beautiful, spacious and with a great garden.

One of the best stays we’ve ever had! Christina and Matthias did everything they could to make us feel welcome, and that paid off. Their hospitality, the accomodation, the surrounding environment. Everything is lovely. Their daughter even made us some amazing courgette fudge muffins. Salzburg is also very easy to reach with a 15-minute bus ride that stops at the end of the street. If we ever come back to visit Salzburg, we’ll definitely come here again!
