Welcome to this cozy cottage at the edge of Dalälven, 5 km outside Hedemora. Grill on the patio, sauna and take a swim from your own jetty. Indoors, there is a modern kitchen, toilet with shower, fireplace, TV and WiFi. The sauna is wood-fired and the plot basks in the sun in the mornings, sun all the way into the afternoon down on the dock. Firewood and canoe are available for a fee. Pick mushrooms around the corner, bask on the jetty, walk on the ice, pimp a perch, hike the utility trail or enjoy doing absolutely nothing. If you get tired of the peace and quiet, you can go to Västerås' largest shopping center in 40 minutes.

The house is just 50 m away from a family friendly beach. The porch has a beautiful view over the Mälaren sea. The house is located a 5 min car drive outside of Kungsör, a small idyllic city. You can travel to Stockholm from Kungsör by train in 1:20 h. The house which is built in 2016 is equipped with most modern facilities. It is surrounded by forests and meadows with plenty of nice pathways, and the Mälaren sea just in front of the house with the opportunity of free fishing.
