The apartment is in the countryside, but only 15 minutes from the center. The Munich fairgrounds (Messe München) are 20 minutes away. The U-Bahn [subway] runs directly to Oktoberfest in 15 minutes. Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

Beautiful and bright apartment in a good location in Munich, 20 min from city center. Modern and comfortable apartment on 3rd floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed (convertible into a double bed), desk, wardrobe, living room and bedroom with 1 sofa bed. Separate dining area. In the living room there is a TV and Wi-Fi. Kitchen: Electric stove, coffee machine, water boiler, microwave, dishes. Bathroom: Washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Basement apartment in the countryside, 10 minutes to the fair

Our basement apartment in a beautiful green location with excellent connections to the city center, airport and trade fair can accommodate 4 to 5 people. The two bedrooms have large and cozy beds. The new elegant bathroom has an extra large shower. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential utensils. All rooms have windows, which allows fresh air and plenty of light to enter the apartment.

This private cosy house in our garden has its own private terrace and everything a little house needs. Only 30 Minutes from Munich centre and 25 to Oktoberfest directly by train. Kids are welcome - extra baby bed no problem (we have 3 kids and love dogs)
