The more than a hundred years old holiday home "Sonnenwinkel" in Steinebach am Wörthsee (Bavaria) is located at the end of a private branch road. The lake with good swimming opportunities and the S-Bahn to Munich are reachable in a few minutes' walk, the nearest supermarket is about 1.5 kilometers away. The house includes living room, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a single bed (access to this via the main bedroom), as well as the kitchen and a modern bathroom.

Monoblock air-conditioned box. Neighbourhood quiet residential estate directly on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy everywhere. The apartment is in a lively trendy district, it is unavoidable that you cannot hear anything with the window open.

Close to public transport (22 min to downtown Munich or 30 min to the October festival) or 15 minutes by car to the convention center.
